Product Information
The product is a wall luminaire made of hand-blown opal glass with a metal housing. It is designed for interior applications and can be used for various lighting tasks. The installation and operation of the luminaire must comply with national safety regulations. Only a qualified electrician should carry out the installation and commissioning. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by improper use or installation. Any modifications to the luminaire should be done by a responsible person. For additional protection against transients, it is recommended to use separate overvoltage protection components available on the manufacturer’s website. The colour temperature of the LED module is 3000K, with a colour rendering index (CRI) greater than 90. To replace the LED module, refer to the label inside the luminaire for the module designation. The replacement modules from BEGA have the same light colour and output as the original modules. Qualified individuals can replace the module using standard tools. Disconnect the system and open the luminaire following the installation instructions for the LED module. Replace any defective glass and close the luminaire. The product also has spare parts available, including spare glass, LED power supply unit, LED module 3000K, and a shield. Refer to the provided codes for ordering the spares.

Installation
- The luminaire must only be operated with the complete protective cover.
- LED are high-quality electronic components!
- Please avoid touching the light output opening of the LED directly during installation or relamping.
- Lead the mains supply cable through the cable entry into the luminaire housing.
- Fix the mounting plate with enclosed or any other suitable fixing material onto the mounting surface.
- Be sure to use the gasket rings supplied.
- Make earth conductor connection.
- Push silicone sleeves over the lines and make electrical connection.
- Insert the glass into luminaire housing and fix it by screwing the shield hand-tight clockwise onto the glass.
- Remove the protective film from the shield.
- NOTE: If adhesive residue from the protective film remains on the edge of the shield, it can be removed using commercially available lighter fluid.
Cleaning · Maintenance
- Clean luminaire regularly with solvent-free cleansers from dirt.
- Defective glass must be replaced.
Replacement of the LED module
- The designation of the LED module is noted on a label in the luminaire.
- The light colour and light output of BEGA replacement modules correspond to those of the modules originally fitted.
- The module can be replaced by qualified persons using standard tools.
- Disconnect the system and open the luminaire.
- Please follow the installation instructions for the LED module.
- Defective glass must be replaced.
- Close the luminaire.
