Before using the appliance, and to ensure the best use, carefully read these instructions. Keep this manual for future reference.

WARNING
To get your Lexon’s device properly operating, make sure to use a DC 5V/3A, 9V-2A Power Adapter (not included) or a Quick Charge 3.0 Power Adapter (not included).
Using a different charger or adapter with lower specification than mentioned above, will significantly affect the wireless charging performance, and may cause irreversible damages to your device.

CHARGING THE POWER BANK

Plug the supplied USB Type-C cable into the charging port of your power bank.
Plug the USB end of the cable into any 5V-3A, 9V-2A power adapter (not included) or a Quick Charge 3.0 Power Adapter (not included).
Plug the power adapter to a power source.

Wireless charging with Built-in battery
Softpower Wirelessbank is compatible with all Qi-enabled phones and devices.
It supports up to 15W fast charging, charging efficiency depends on whether the phone supports it. Kindly note that the list below is not exhaustive.

Press once the power button to check the battery level of your power bank and enable the wireless charging mode.
Make sure to place a Qi-enabled device on the wireless charging surface of your Softpower Wirelessbank.
Align the center of your mobile device with the power bank at the wireless charging area. If the charging icon/indicator doesn’t show on your mobile device, try to adjust its position.
One of the white LEDs will flash during charging. Each glowing or flashing white LED indicates 25% of the battery capacity.
Remove your mobile device once charging is complete.

Note: If a mobile device is placed on the charging pad and the charging icon/indicator does not display, remove the mobile device from the pad and wait 5 seconds before placing/aligning the mobile device on the pad again. The location of the wireless charging system varies by model/product.

Wired charging with Built-in battery
Thanks to its In/Out USB Type-C port, Softpower Wirelessbank can charge any non-wireless charging compatible devices.

Press once the power button to check the battery level of your power bank.
Plug the USB Type-C connector of your electronic device into the charging port of your power bank.
Plug the USB end of the cable into the electronic device to be charged.
One of the white LEDs will flash during charging. Each glowing or flashing white LED indicates 25% of the battery capacity.
Remove your mobile device once charging is complete.

Pass-Through Wireless Charging

While the power bank is connected to a power source, press once the button to enable the wireless charging mode.
Place a Qi-enabled device on the wireless charging surface of your Softpower Wirelessbank.
Align the center of your mobile device with the power bank at the wireless charging area. If the charging icon/indicator doesn’t show on your mobile device, try to adjust its position.
Remove your mobile device once charging is complete.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Read all the instructions before using the device:

Keep your device dry. Never place your device in water to avoid causing internal short-circuit, over-heating, fire, deformation, or even explosion of the battery.
Do not store your device in very hot or cold areas. It is recommended to use your device at room temperatures.
Do not expose your device to direct sunlight for an extended period of time.
Keep your device out of reach of small children to prevent danger.
Do not put metal objects or magnets between the mobile device and the wireless charging surface.
Please stop using your device immediately if it bulges, leaks, or smells, and contact the Manufacturer for service.
Do not attempt to service, repair, or disassemble the device by yourself
