Mode description

Bluetooth Connection
Turn on the keyboard, please press and hold combination keys for 3 seconds. When the pairing indicator light blinks rapidly, the keyboard enters pairing mode. Once successfully connected, the white light will illuminate.

Connection
Turn on the keyboard, please press and hold the combination keys for 3 seconds. When the pairing indicator light blinks rapidly, the keyboard enters pairing mode.
Once successfully connected, the white light will illuminate.

Wired Connection
Please connect your computer and keyboard with the Type-C cable then press
to switch Wired Mode.

The methods to switch modes
Press briefly to switch to Bluetooth 1.
Press briefly to switch to Bluetooth 2.
Press briefly to switch to Bluetooth 3.
Press briefly to switch to 2.4G Wireless mode.

Smart power saving function

  • a. If the keyboard is not used for 2 minutes in wireless mode, the keyboard enters the first stage of power saving mode and the backlight is turned off.
    Press any key to wake up.

  • b. If the keyboard is not used for 15 minutes, the keyboard enters the second stage sleep mode, and all lights are turned off. Press any key to wake up.

  • C. Wired mode: The keyboard will not turn off the light

  • Q1: What should I do if the keyboard gets delayed or stuck?
    A1:

  • Please check there is no 2.4GHz device (e.g. router) nearby to interfere with the connection.

  • Please check the keyboard has been fully charged.

  • Please check there is no full metal case that may block the signal.
    Q2: What should I do if the keyboard can not be charged?

  • Please check whether the charging port is connected.

  • Please try to replace the charging cable.

  • Try to change the USB port, and if the problem can not be solved please feel free to contact us.
    Q3: What should I do if the backlight stops working?

  • Please charge for half an hour and then re-insert the USB.

  • Please try to restart the keyboard.
    Q4: Where is my USB receiver?

  • The USB receiver is placed on top of the keyboard inside the package, please look for it carefully.

  • Please contact us to get the free replacement if you have lost the USB receiver.

  • The multimedia keys are for Win 8 and Win 10,for other systems,there may be no function for some combined kevs.
