Sport Roof Rack for Can-Am Maverick X3/XDS/XRS

The Sport Roof Rack is an off-road accessory designed for use with Can-Am Maverick X3/XDS/XRS vehicles. It comes with a set of hardware including 4x 1/4 x 1 bolts with washers and nuts, 16x 1/4 x 1/2 bolts with nuts, and 24x 1/4 x 3/4 bolts with nuts. The installation requires a 5/32 Allen Key and a 7/16 Combination Wrench. The product consists of a Main Grill, Frontal Bar, Rear Bar, Frontal Leg, and Rear Leg. The installation process involves drilling two holes on the marks of the OEM plastic roof to align the rack bars with them. The Front and Rear corners are placed with the lateral, and the Front and Rear legs are set using screws with nuts. After assembly, all screws should be tightened for safety.

Note: that this product is for off-road use only.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Drill two holes on the marks of the OEM plastic roof to align the rack bars.
  2. Place the Front and Rear corners with the lateral as shown in the image, using 8 1/4 x 1/2 screws with nuts.
  3. Set the Front and Rear legs as shown in the image using 8 1/4 x1/2 screws with nuts.
  4. Tighten all screws for safety.

Next, assemble the Roof Rack as a whole and install the cross bars in the indicated holes. Do not tighten the bolts until everything is sitting in its final place. Finally, assemble the Roof Rack completely over the roof, aligning it with the perforations done in step one. Use 4 1/4 x 1 screws with washers and nuts. Tighten all screws for safety.

HOW TO INSTALL

Hardware

  • (4x) 1/4” x 1” Bolts with washers and nuts.
  • (16x) 1/4” x 1/2” Bolts with nuts.
  • (24x) 1/4” x 3/4” Bolts with nuts.

Tools needed (Not Included)

  • 5/32” Allen Key.
  • 7/16” Combination Wrench.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Drill 2 holes on the marks of the OEM plastic roof, in order to align the rack bars with them.
  2. Place the Front and Rear corners with the lateral (as it is shown in the image). Use an 8 1/4 x 1/2” screw with nuts.
  3. Set the Front and Rear legs (as it is shown in the image) using 8 1/4×1/2” screws with nuts.
  4. Tighten all the screws.
  5. Please asemble the Roof Rack as a whole, and after this procedure install the cross bars in the holes indicated below (Do notthighten the bolts until everything is sitting in this final place.
  6. Please assemble the Roof Rack (completely set) over the roof, aligning it with the perforations done in the first step. Use 4 1/4 x1” screws with the washer and nut.
  • For safety tighten all the screws.
  • Now you have finished the installation.
