Product Information
SPARE TIRE CARRIER
The Spare Tire Carrier is an accessory designed to be installed on the rear of a POLARIS RZR 200 EFI or POLARIS RANGER 2021 vehicle. It comes with a spare tire carrier, two clamps, and necessary hardware for installation, including 3/8 x 1 screws, 3/8 lock nuts, 10mm x 50mm hexagonal screws, and deluxe screws. The carrier has an adjustable hole that can fit either the front or rear tire of the vehicle.
Product Usage Instructions
- Place the spare tire carrier at the rear of the vehicle.
- Use the 3/8 x 1 screws and clamps to attach the carrier to the side tubes of the vehicle.
- Use the adjustable hole on the top cap of the carrier to fit either the front or rear tire of the vehicle.
- Use a 5/32 Allen key and a 7/16 combination wrench to adjust the hole as needed.
- Once adjusted, place the tire on top of the spare tire carrier.
- Screw it with the 10mm x 50mm millimeter screws.

HOW TO INSTALL
pieces included:
- The spire tire carrier is placed in the rear of the vehicle, we will use the 3/8 x 1″ screws to attach the clamps to the side tubes of the vehicle.
- Use the bean hole on the top cap to fit either the front tire or the rear tire of the vehicle as they are different sizes.
- Once joined, we place the tire on top of the spire tire carrier and screw it with the 10 mm x 50 mm millimeter screws.

- (4x) 3/8” x 1” Screw
- (2x) 10mm x 50 mm Hexagonal Screw
- (4x) 3/8”Lock Nut
- (2x) Deluxe screw
Tools needed
- 5/32” Allen Key
- 7/16” Combination Wrench
