Although AFX Motorsports has thousands of satisfied customers, user should be aware that installing bumpers, rock sliders, spare tire carriers, etc. will change the ride of machine and may increase maintenance and part wear. Operating any off-road machine while, or after, consuming alcohol and/or drugs increases risk of bodily harm or death. No warranty or representation is made as to this product’s ability to protect user from severe injury or death. AFX Motorsports urges operators and occupants to wear a helmet and appropriate riding gear at all times. By purchasing and installing AFX Motorsports products, user agrees that should damages occur, AFX Motorsports will not be held responsible for loss of time, use, labor fees, replacement parts, or freight charges. AFX Motorsports, nor any 3rd party, will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from any product purchased from AFX Motorsports. The total liability of seller to user for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. AFX Motorsports will warranty only parts provided by AFX Motorsports. Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers’ products will not be covered by AFX Motorsports. AFX Motorsports parts and products are not warrantied if item was not installed properly, misused, or modified.

1. Remove the original screws from each side of the rollcage on both sides, shown below.

2. In order to install the main bar, align the main bar holes with the original holes of the rollcage use the 3 1/2” hexagonal screws (with washer and nut). Repeat this step for both sides.

3. Install the grill on the main bar using the (4) 3/8” x 1” screws. Use washers and nuts as show on the picture. Do not tigthen completely so the can move freeley.

4. Install the lock system the way it shown on the picture, use the 1/4 x 1 1/2” bolts and nuts to tighten the lock system with the piece “C”.
   

5. (2 people needed to install this part)
   Place the piece C on the machine as shown on the picture, align the piece C with the original holes of the vehicle.

6. *1 person needs to put the 3/8″ X 2″ as shown on the picture, person no 2 needs adjust the mentioned screws with the “D” pieces from the bottom of the machine as shown on the picture)

7. Place the 1/4″ X 3″ on the original holes as shown on the picture.

8. Place the B point of the piston on the piece C (as shown on the picture) and tighten with the 3/8″ X 4″ screw using provided washer and nut.

9. Close the rack and place the A point of the piston to the rack as shown on the picture using the 3/8″ X 2″ screw with provided washer and nut.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
On the XRS models the shock reseivoirs must be repositioned by turning them 1/4” to the outside.Your system is now ready, please check the funtionality by pulling both red levers at the same time, check for any loosen bolts and thighten them.
Remember to adjust your carrier to fully open and closes using the locking systems, these might need adjustments during a certain period of time.
You can use your carrier with the tire base or without it, we’re including 4 – 3/8” x 1 1/4” bolts withs washers and locking nuts for this purpose.
