AFX MOTORSPORTS SKI002 Aluminum Skid Plate
Product Information
Aluminum Skid Plate for Kawasaki Brute Force 650i/750
The Aluminum Skid Plate is designed for off-road use only and is compatible with Kawasaki Brute Force 650i/750 models. The skid plate package includes the following:
- (x1) Belly
- (x2) Front suspension arms
- (x2) Rear suspension arms
- (x1) Tail
- (x24) 6 x 50mm Screws
- (x24) Flat Washers
The installation manual provides detailed instructions on how to install the skid plate onto the vehicle using the included hardware.
Product Usage Instructions
- Begin by selecting the points on the vehicle where you want to attach the skid plate belly. Use the (x6) 6mm x 50mm screws and flat washers to attach the belly to the vehicle, but do not tighten the screws yet.
- Next, attach the front suspension arms and the front of the skid plate to the vehicle in that order using the (x6) 6mm x 50mm screws and flat washers. Do not tighten the screws yet.
- Then, install the rear suspension arms and tail (in that order) to the rear of the vehicle using the (x6) 6mm x 50mm screws and flat washers. Tighten the bolts.
- Use a 3/4 wrench, 7/32 Allen key, or a 9/16 or 14mm combination wrench to tighten all screws.

It is important to note that the Aluminum Skid Plate is designed for off-road use only. Use on paved surfaces may result in damage to the skid plate or vehicle. Read the liability statement in the installation manual carefully before using the product.
HOW TO INSTALL

Hardware
- (24x) 6 x 50 mm Screw
- (24x) Flat Washer
Tools needed (Not Included)
- 3/4″ Wrench.
- 7/32″ Allen Key.
- 9/16″ Or 14 mm Combination Wrench.
- First, attach the belly to the vehicle at the selected points with the 6mm x 50mm bolts (which come in the package) do not tighten the bolts yet.
- Then attach the front suspension arms and the front (in that order) to the vehicle with the 6mm x 50mm screws and flat washers (included in the package). Do not tighten screws yet.
- Finally install the rear suspension arms and tail (in that order) to the rear of the vehicle using the 6mm x 50mm screws and flat washers (included in the package). Tighten the bolt.

Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers’ products will not be covered by AF1 Motorsports.
