Power on:
Take the hearing amplifier out of the charging case or long-press the Volume
Down button.
Power off:
Return the hearing amplifier to the charging case or long-press the Volume
Down button.
HOW TO REPLACE THE EARPLUG
Hearing amplifiers come with S-size earplugs. Choose a suitable size earplug to fit your ear canal.

HOW TO WEAR THE HEARING AIDS
- Gently insert the earplug into your ear canal.
- Put the hearing amplifier behind your ear, making sure the sound tube fits comfortably around the curve of your ear.
- If you experience feedback (a whistling sound), it may indicate that the earplug doesn’t fit your ear canal properly.
To avoid this, choose a suitable earplug that fits well.
HOW TO USE
volume control:
Press the Volume Up button to increase the volume.
Press the Volume Down button to decrease the volume.
You will hear three beeps when the volume is at maximum or minimum.
Mode switching:
To switch between 3 scene modes, long press the Volume Up button for 3
seconds.
- beep means mode 1 (Normal mode).
- beeps mean mode 2 (Noise cancelling mode).
- beeps mean mode 3 (Outdoor mode).
The switching sequence is 1-2-3-1.
When you restart the hearing amplifier, it will automatically restore the
volume level and scene mode that were set during the previous use.
HOW TO CHARGE
To charge the hearing amplifier, simply return it to the charging case. The
charging case provides an additional 60 hours of listening time for both
hearing aids. When the charging case runs out of power, use the included
charging cable to recharge it.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
After use, clean the earplug and sound tube with the provided cleaning brush, and remove any remaining dirt with a tissue. Store the hearing amplifier in a dry, well-ventilated place.To clean the sound tube, use the cleaning brush. For cleaning the microphone, use the same cleaning brush.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Suggested Solution |

Sound is distorted | 1. Decrease the volume. |
2. Charge the hearing amplifier.
3. Clean the earplug.
Feedback (whistling sound) happens| 1. Reinsert the earplug until it fits tightly.
2. Change another earplug to a suitable size.
3. Clean the earplug and the sound tube.
The hearing aid does not work| 1. Ensure that the hearing amplifier is charged and turned on.
2. Check for any blockages in the earplug or sound tube.
If there are blockages, use the provided brush to clean them.
3. Charge the product as needed.
Unable to charge| 1. Clean the charging contact points of the hearing amplifier and the charging case.
2. Use the provided charging cable to recharge again

HOW TO REPLACE THE EARWAX FILTER
Replace the earwax filter every 3 months. Do not reuse the used filter.

Before replacing the earwax filter, remove the earplug first.
Refer to “How to replace the earplug” for instructions. -
Gently insert the removal end of the tool into the sound tube.

Pull out the previous earwax filter and discard it.

Insert the new filter into the sound tube.

Pull out the tool and ensure that the earwax filter is securely in place.
NOTES AND TIPS
- This product is not waterproof.
- If the hearing amplifier is not used for a long time, please charge it every 1-2 months to avoid damage to the battery.
- The charging cable provided in the package is only for hearing amplifiers, please do not use it to charge other devices
- Store in a well-ventilated and dry place.
- Do not use in or near an X ray or MRI machine.
