AFX MOTORSPORTS Polaris XP Turbo S 2 Seater CAN012 Roof Rack

Product Information

The AFX Motorsports Sport Roof Rack is a product designed for off-road use only and is compatible with the Polaris XP Turbo S 2-Seater model. It comes with a rear roof rack, front roof rack, central bar, and necessary hardware to install.

Product Usage Instructions

Remove the four original screws from the roof and keep them with you.
Place the rear roof rack with the laterals and use four 1/4x 1/2 screws with nuts, but do not tighten yet.
Place the front roof rack with the laterals and use four 1/4 x 1/2 screws with nuts, but do not tighten yet.
Align the four central bars with the perforations and insert sixteen 3/16 x 1/2 screws with nuts bottom-up. Tighten all screws for safety.

Note: Tools required for installation, such as a 5/32 Allen key and a 7/16 combination wrench, are not included in the package. For any questions or concerns, contact info@afxmotorsports.com. HOW TO INSTALL

Pieces included: Hardware:

(8x) 1/4” X 1/2” Bolts with nuts. (16x) 3/16” x 1/2” Bolts with nuts.

Tools needed (Not included):

5/32” Allen Key.
7/16” Combination Wrench.

By purchasing and installing AFX Motorsports products, user agrees that should damages occur, AFX Motorsports will not be held responsible for loss of time, use, labor fees, replacement parts, or freight charges. AFX Motorsports, nor any 3rd party, will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from any product purchased from AFX Motorsports. The total liability of seller to user for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. AFX Motorsports will warrantyonly parts provided by AFX Motorsports. Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers’ products will not be covered by AFX Motorsports. AFX Motorsports parts and products are not warrantied if item was not installed properly, misused, or modified.

Place the rear roof rack with the laterals (as it is shown in the image). Use four 1/4x 1/2” screws with nut. (Do not tighten yet).
Place the front roof rack with the laterals (as it is shown in the image). Use four 1/4 x 1/2” screws with nut (Do not tighten yet).
Align 4 central bars with the perforations (as it is shown in the image). Use sixteen 3/16 x 1/2” screws with nut, inserting them bottom-up and tighten all screws.
Remove the four original screws of the roof, as it is shown in the image and keep with you.
To finish settle the complete rack over the roof aligning the perforations. Use four original screws removed previously (as it shown in the image).
