Product Information
High Impact Steel Front Bumper for Polaris RZR
The High Impact Steel Front Bumper is a heavy-duty bumper designed for off- road use only on Polaris RZR 2 and 4 seats. The bumper is made of high-quality steel and comes with all the necessary hardware for installation. The kit includes (2) 3/8 x 1 Hex Screws and nuts, (2) 3/8 x 3 1/2 Hex Screws and nuts, (6) 3/8 Flat Washer, (2) Squares with nuts (3/8), (2x) Spacer 2 1/4, and (2x) Special support. The bumper also comes with a T30 Torx Screwdriver, 5/32 Allen Key, and a 7/16 or 14 mm Combination Wrench.
Product Usage Instructions
- Remove the grill that is shown in the picture.
- Place the bumper with 2 screws (3/8 x 3 1/2) and flat washers then place the 2 spacers (2 1/4), and fix the nut in the back holding the OEM Support (1/4) do not tighten yet.
- Place the 2 screws on the bottom of the bumper as shown in the picture. Use the small square supports (included on the hardware kit) as a guide, place them from behind, and get the screws tighten.
- In order to finish, tighten all the screws.

HOW TO INSTALL

Hardware:
- (2x) 3/8 x 1″ Hex Screws and nuts
- (2x) 3/8 x 3 1/2″ Hex Screws and nuts
- (6x) 3/8″ Flat Washer
Tools needed (Not Included):
- T30 Torx Screwdriver.
- 5/32″ Allen Key.
- 7/16″ or 14 mm Combination Wrench.
