Product Information

This product is designed for off-road use only. The product includes the following hardware:

  • 1/4 washer (x2)
  • 1/4 x 11/2 screw
  • U CPLAMP
  • 1/4 nuts (x2)
  • 1/4 x 1 screw
  • Arms bumper
  • 1/4 x 2 screw
  • 1/4 washer (x2)
  • 3/8 x 1 screw with washer and nut

The product should be assembled with the included hardware. The arms bumper should be assembled using the 1/4 x 2 screw and two 1/4 washers. The U CPLAMP should be attached using the 1/4 x 11/2 screw and two 1/4 nuts. The arms bumper can then be attached to the vehicle using the 3/8 x 1 screw with a washer and nut.

HOW TO INSTALL

Hardware:

  • (2x) 3/8 x 1″ Screw with washer and nut.
    • (2x) 1/4 x 2″ Screws with nut.
  • (2x) 1/4 x 11/2″ Screws with two washers and nuts.
    • (2x) 1/4 x 1″ Screws with washer and nut.

Tools needed (Not Included):

  • T30 Torx Screwdriver.
  • 5/32″ Allen Key.
  • 7/16″ or 14 mm Combination Wrench.
  1. Assemble the arms of the bumper (as it is shown in the image). Use a 1/4 x 2″ screw with a nut, do not tighten it yetAFX-MOTORSPORTS-DEF048-High-Impact-Steel-Rear-Bumper-fig-2
  2. Align the bumper with the original perforations of the car and use two 3/8 x 1″ with a washer and nut (do not tighten yet).
  3. Place the “U” CLAMP hardware over the tube (as it is shown in the image). Use a 1/4 x 1″ screw and a 1/4 x 1 h” screw with a double washer and nut (as it is shown in the reference image). Repeat this step on the other side.AFX-MOTORSPORTS-DEF048-High-Impact-Steel-Rear-Bumper-fig-4
  4. To finish the installation, tighten all the screws.
