COMMISSIONING
To reduce the risk of injury, this device is equipped with several safety
functions. This prevents the mixer from starting as long as the holder for the
mixing bowl (9) is not lifted up and the protective grille (5) is not folded
inwards.
Make sure that the speed selector lever (4) is on the step (AC) marked with
the symbol for the currently mounted stirring tool. Fill the ingredients into
the mixing bowl.
Close the guard screen (5) by folding it inwards and lift the mixing bowl with
the aid of the lifting lever (6). Then start the mixer by pressing the green
start button (2).
To stop the mixing process, press the red stop switch (3).
After the machine has been stopped, the red stop switch must first be turned a
little to the right to release it from its stop position.
Always open the guard screen only after the mixer has come to a complete stop!
Then lower the bowl, unlock it and remove it.
Attention! Before selecting another speed level, stop the machine, select
the desired speed level and start the machine again!
Attention! If the power supply is interrupted, the unit will not restart
after the power supply has been restored. To prevent accidents, the start
button must first be pressed again!
WARNING: RISK OF INJURY!
- To prevent injury or damage to the machine, keep your hands away from the mixing bowl and the mixer while operating the machine.
- Also make sure that fingers, hair, clothes, jewellery or utensils such as spoons or spatulas do not get into the area of the blender.
Attention! Use the different MIx attachments only for their intended
purpose!
THE MIXING TOOLS
At the upper end of each stirring tool there is a recess. There is a pin on
the drive shaft. To insert a stirring tool, slide the upper end of the
stirring tool onto the drive shaft of the stirring machine so that the pin
slides into the recess. At the stop, turn the agitator tool again until it
strikes, and then release it. The stirring tool falls down, engages and is
ready for use.
To remove the stirring tool, lift it up a little and turn it in the opposite
direction until it stops. The stirring tool can then be removed downwards.
THE MIXING BOWL
When inserting the mixing bowl, make sure that the safety pin on the back of
the bowl slides into the opening provided for this purpose.
The devices on the sides of the mixing pot lead you to the drawers, on the
right and inside side of the machine. Lock them by pulling the two safety
levers towards you.
REINIGUNG
To avoid the risk of electric shock, always disconnect the unit from the mains
before cleaning and allow it to cool down completely! Do not start cleaning
until all components of the stirring machine have come to a standstill!
For health and hygiene reasons, clean the unit as often as possible.
Use a soft, warm moist cloth in combination with a commercially available
cleaning agent to clean the housing and the outside.
Clean the mixing tools and the mixing bowl with warm water and a commercially
available cleaning agent. After cleaning, rinse everything thoroughly with
clear water and dry the components with a dry cloth.
Always make sure that no water gets into the unit. Wipe thoroughly with a dry
cloth to dry the surfaces.
WARNING: DANGER BY ELECTRIC CURRENT!
- The unit must be disconnected from the power supply before every cleaning!
- Never use a direct water jet to clean the unit!
- Never immerse the device, the cable or the plug in water!
Do not use caustic or abrasive cleaning agents! Do not use alcoholic or
alkaline cleaning agents, thinners or petrol. This could damage the plastic
parts or painted surfaces!
Attention! Disconnect the device from the power supply by pulling out the
mains plug before you start cleaning the device!
Attention! The stirring tools are NOT dishwasher safe! To avoid damaging
the surfaces, they should not be put into the dishwasher for cleaning!
