INTRODUCTION
Before commissioning this device, read these operating instructions carefully
and carefully and observe the information given therein.
This manual contains information on the structure, installation, operation,
maintenance, cleaning, and possible disposal of this unit.
This instruction manual is an integral part of the unit and should be kept in
the vicinity of the unit at all times, accessible to all persons involved in
the installation, operation, cleaning or maintenance of this unit.

Banquet trolley is used in kitchens of restaurants, fast food stands,
canteens, and hospitals in order to keep foods warm and ready for service.
Before initial use of the device, the outer surface should be wiped with a
cloth soaked in warm water and soap.

GENERAL INFORMATION
• Remove all protective foils and clean the unit thoroughly before using it
for the first time.
• Keep these operating instructions within easy reach, near the device.
• The manufacturer/dealer cannot be held responsible for damage caused by non-
observance of these operating instructions. In addition, the safety of the
device is no longer guaranteed.
• These operating instructions must be provided when passing on the device to
third parties.
• After unpacking the device, make sure that everything is in perfect
condition,. If you discover any damage, do not connect the device but contact
your dealer.
• Keep the unit‘s packaging. The device can only be transported safely in its
original packaging.
•If it is not possible to store the packaging, separate the various packaging
materials and return them to the nearest collection point for proper disposal.
• Please note that all components of the packaging (plastic bags, cardboard,
polystyrene parts, etc.) may endanger children and must therefore not be
stored near them.
• For hygienic reasons, at least one daily cleaning is recommended, but also
after completion of a production process in the course of one day.
Please observe the warning notices before putting the device into operation.
SAFETY INFORMATION
- Read these operating instructions carefully and observe the information contained therein.
- Incorrect operation and improper handling can lead to malfunctions of the device and injuries to the user.
- Observe the accident prevention regulations applicable to the area of application and the general safety regulations.
- Always provide sufficient fresh air while using this unit.
- Ensure a safe stand on a dry, non-slip surface.
- For your safety, do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors or liquids near this or other equipment.
- Never leave the device under direct sunlight. It should be located at least 40 cm. away from heat sources like ovens, radiators, and heaters.
- Do not let the power cable hang over sharp edges.
- Make sure that it is not possible to pull or trip over the cable unintentionally.
- Check the cable regularly. If it is damaged, e.g. by crushing, it must be replaced by a qualified specialist.
- Do not leave the unit unattended during use. Be particularly careful when children are in the vicinity, as they cannot recognize the dangers of handling electrical appliances and devices that become hot, which can lead to injuries and damage to property!
- Protect the device from moisture.
- Do not operate the device outdoors, in the rain!
- Do not clean the unit with an open water jet.
- If necessary, contact a person authorized to repair the device.
- This device may only be operated by persons who have been trained to do so.
- No operation of the device by children or persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities; or lack of experience and/or knowledge, as these persons cannot recognize the dangers of using electrical appliances and/ or devices that generate heat and can thus lead to accidents, fire or damage to property.
- Always remove the plug from the socket before cleaning, or disconnecting the device from the power supply; the same applies to prolonged periods of non-use.
- To disconnect the unit from the power supply, unplug the power cord, if present, or unplug or unplug the associated fuse.
- Use the appliance only for its intended purpose, such as keeping food warm.
- Only use the original parts intended for the operation of the device.
- In the event of a fault and/or malfunction, turn off the unit and unplug it from the wall outlet, or unplug the unit and contact your dealer. He will carry out the repair with original spare parts.

If the device is used commercially, the user is obliged to ensure that the
safety measures mentioned comply with the current regulations throughout the
entire service life of the device and comply with the specifications of the

of installation of the equipment and regional regulations must be observed.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER
The manufacturer can not be held responsible for damage caused by persons or things as follows:
- failure to follow these operating instructions.
- unintended use or use by untrained personnel.
- Unsuitable installation sites.
- Changes to the device or repairs by unqualified personnel.
- Use of spare parts that are not original.
TRANSPORT, RELOCATION, AND INSTALLATION
- Heated units are be delivered as a standard in wooden cases, reinforced by EPS block, wrapped with stretch film and air bubble protective packing, and wrapped over again with a second layer of stretch film.
- The device may be moved with manpower.
- Do not hit or drop the device when moving.
- Remove the stretch film on the device before installing the device.
- After the device is moved to the location where it will be operated, rollers should be set to lock position. In this way sliding of the trolley is prevented.
- The power supply connection of the device should be checked by an eligible electrician, and it should be connected to a fuse at a maximum height of 170 cm.
- A power supply connection should be made using a 30 mA current leakage fuse as protection against current leakage danger.
- Power installation of the plugs to be used should be grounded by connecting it to a grounding bar at the nearest panel.
CHANGING THE LOCATION
- Machines installed by an authorized service CANNOT BE MOVED ELSEWHERE, ITS POWER SUPPLY CABLES CANNOT BE EXTENDED OR REPLACED except by an authorized service.
- If this device is located near any wall, separation, kitchen furniture, decorative coating, etc. the distance in between should be 20cm and if those are coated with fireproof heat insulating material, the distance should be more than 5 cm.
- It is strongly recommended that fire safety protection instructions are observed.

INTRODUCTION OF THE DEVICE
WARNING: DANGER OF FIRE!
- Do not place the device near flammable materials or liquids!
A sufficient distance must be maintained to all sides!
WARNING: DANGER FROM ELECTRICAL CURRENT!
- Make sure that the power cord is free of damage.
- A damaged device must not be used! In this case please contact your dealer!
- Before connecting the device to the mains, check whether the type of current and the mains voltage corresponds to the information on the type plate of the device.
- If necessary, have the connection taken over by a specialist.
- Do not use adapters or extension cables.
CONTROL BOARD
OPERATION
The control panel provides the following controls and functions:
- The control panel can be locked and unlocked.
Ensure that no procedure is in progress:
- Do not operate for 30 seconds.
- The display will show “LOC” for 1 second and the keyboard will lock automatically.
- To unlock the controls:
- Touch a key for one second: the display will show the message “UNL” for one second.
To unlock the controls:
- Touch a button for one second: The message „UNL“ appears on the display for one second.
TEMPERATURE SETTING
- Ensure that the control panel is not locked and that no procedure is in progress.
- Touch the SET key, the * LED will flash.
- Change the temperature set by the use of the UP and DOWN arrows.
- Touch the SET key or do not operate for 15 secs. The * LED will stop showing and the controller will exit this procedure.
- To exit the temperature setting procedure before it is complete.
- Touch the ON/OFF key (any changes will not be saved). The working set point can also be set via the SP parameter.
SETTING OF OPERATION TIME
- The timer is set to the desired run time.
- The device will shut down after a period of time.
INSTALLATION AND OPERATION

- Place the unit on a level and safe surface that supports the weight of the unit and is not heat-sensitive.
- Never place the unit on an inflammable surface (e.g. tablecloth, carpet, etc.).
- Do not position the unit near open fireplaces, electric furnaces/arc furnaces / electric heaters or other heat sources.
- Position the device so that the plug is easily accessible.

- Before first use, clean the inside and outside with a soft cloth and a mild detergent.
- Then dry the device thoroughly.
- Connect the device to a grounded power outlet.
- Set the temperature as desired for the respective food. You can adjust the desired temperature in the range between 50 °C – 80 °C.
- The temperature inside can be read from the front display.
- Some of the equipment parts can become very hot. Always use protective gloves when placing or removing food.
- The food is kept warm at the temperature you set.
- To place or remove food, use the door.
- Unplug the unit when not in use.

- The device should move just on smooth surfaces!
- The device should be installed and operated as described in this user’s manual. If any failure is encountered please contact our nearest authorized service dealer.

MAINTENANCE
Maintenance may only be carried out by authorized persons!
Before starting any repair or cleaning work, make sure that the unit is
disconnected from the power outlet and cooled down.
Do not use any acidulants and make sure that no water penetrates into the
unit.
To protect yourself from electric shock, never immerse the device, its cables,
and plug in water or other liquids.
Do not use a pressurized water jet to clean the unit.
Check the power cord from time to time to make sure it is not damaged in any
way. Never use the device if cables are damaged. If cables are damaged, they
must be placed by a qualified electrician.
Only a qualified technician should carry out repairs and maintenance on the
device. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.
CLEANING
- Before starting any repair or cleaning work, make sure that the unit has been disconnected from the power outlet (unplug the power plug !!!!) and has cooled down.
- Do not use acid and make sure that water does not enter the unit.
- To protect yourself from electric shock, never immerse the device, its cables, and plug in water or other liquids.
- Clean the outside of the unit with a slightly moistened cloth and inside additionally with a commercially available cleaning agent. Use very little water and under no circumstances aggressive agents or a scouring sponge. Do not spray the unit with a water jet, steam jet, or high-pressure cleaner.
- Rub the device dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid getting near sharp parts (condenser, evaporator, etc.) during cleaning with bare hands If necessary, use safety gloves.
Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents!
MINOR FAULTS AND THEIR RECTIFICATION
Frequently malfunctions can be quickly rectified. We, therefore, recommend that you check the following.
If the device does not work.| Is the connection of the mains plug to the
socket correct?

Is the power cable damaged? If so, have it renewed by a specialist.
If the device is loud.| Check whether there are loose screws or nuts in the
unit.
If the desired temperature is not reached.| Is the temperature set correctly?
If the condenser is blocked (e.g. by dust) or insufficiently ventilated?
Is the device close to a heat source? (oven etc.)?
If, in spite of all these checks, the device continues to suffer from malfunctions, please contact your dealer.
PACKAGING DISPOSAL
Please separate the packaging materials accordingly and return them to the responsible collection points for recycling and environmental housing.
DEVICE DISPOSAL
Once the appliance has been used up, dispose of it properly at a collection
point for electrical appliances. Electrical appliances do not belong in
household waste.
Your responsible administration will inform you about the addresses and
opening hours of collection points. This is the only way to ensure that old
