Product Information
The product is Item#2696-115, a fixture that can hold up to 6 candelabra base bulbs of up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included). The fixture comes with a mounting plate, ground screw, mounting screws, candle covers, and fixture wires for black/smooth, white/ribbed, and bare copper (ground). The fixture should be installed by shutting off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box. The installation should be completed by connecting the electrical wires as shown in Fig. 2, placing the canopy over the mounting plate, securing it with screws, placing the candle covers over the sockets, and installing the bulbs according to the fixture specifications.
Product Usage Instructions
- Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box before installation.
- Connect the fixture wires (black/smooth, white/ribbed, and bare copper) to the house wires (black/hot, white/neutral, and green/ground) as shown in Fig. 2. Ensure all wire connectors are secured.
- If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the mounting plate using the green screw provided.
- Tuck wire connectors neatly into the junction box.
- Place the canopy over the mounting plate and secure it with screws.
- Place the candle covers over the sockets.
- Install up to six candelabra base bulbs of up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture specification. Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating.
- Turn on the power at the junction box and test the fixture.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
PREPARATION (Fig.1)

Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.

Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clean area. Take care not to misplace any small parts necessary for installation.

Secure rod (E) onto all thread (G) on the fixture body.

Determine the desired hanging height and thread rods (F1, F2 and F3) to the all thread on rod (E). Attach canopy (C) by screwing onto rod (F1). Carefully pass the wires through each rod during assembly. Note: Remove the all thread, if installing with one 6” rod only.

Attach the mounting plate (A) to the junction box (not included) with mounting screws (B) (Size: #8-32N*L0.5”). The side of the mounting plate (A) with “GND” marked on it and two convex points must face out.
CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 2) -
Connect the electrical wires as shown in fig 2, making sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the mounting plate (A) using the green screw provided.

Tuck wire connectors neatly into the junction box.
COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION (Fig. 1) -
Place canopy (C) over mounting plate (A) and secure with screws (D).

Place candle covers (J) over sockets (H).

Install (6) six candelabra base bulbs (I) up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture specification.
DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! (NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!)
Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test the fixture.
