Product Information

The product is a light fixture with item number 2544-726, manufactured in February 2022. The package includes a mounting plate, ground screw, mounting screw, quick link, loop, rod, canopy, screw, glass shade, and wire connectors. The fixture can accommodate four medium base T10 bulbs up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before starting the installation process, shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box.
  2. Remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.
  3. Unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clean area. Take care not to misplace any small parts necessary for installation.
  4. Determine desired hanging height and thread rods to all thread of fixture body. Screw loop onto the rod. Carefully pass wires through each rod as you assemble.
  5. Attach the quick link to the loop on the canopy. Carefully feed wire through the loop, quick link, and loop on the canopy.
  6. Attach the mounting plate to the junction box with mounting screws. The side of the mounting plate marked with GND and two convex points must face out.
  7. Connect the electrical wires as shown in fig 2, making sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the mounting plate using the green screw provided.
  8. Slide canopy over mounting plate and secure with screws.
  9. Install four medium base T10 bulbs up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent in accordance with the fixture specification. Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating.
  10. Place the glass shade over the socket.
  11. Test the fixture by turning on the power at the junction box.

WARNING! SHUT POWER OFF AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER

PREPARATION

  1. Shut of power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.

  2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clean area. Take care not to misplace any small parts necessary for installation.

  3. Determine desired hanging height and thread rods (F1, F2 and F3) to all thread (I) of fixture body. Screw loop (H1) onto rod (F1). Carefully pass wires through each rod as you assemble.

  4. Attach quick link (G) to loop (H1) and loop (H2) on the canopy (D). Carefully feed wire through loop (H1), quick link (G), and loop (H2).

  5. Attach mounting plate (A) to junction box (not included) with mounting screws (B) (Size: #8-32N*L0.5”). The side of the mounting plate (A) marked with “GND” and two convex points must face out.
    CONNECTING THE WIRES

  6. Connect the electrical wires as shown in fig 2, making sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the mounting plate (A) using the green screw provided.

  7. Tuck wire connectors neatly into the junction box
    COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION

  8. Slide canopy (D) over mounting plate (A) and secure with screws (E).

  9. Install (4) four medium base T10 bulbs (K) up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture specification — DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! (NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!).

  10. Place glass shade (L) over socket (J).

Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test the fixture.
