MINKA LAVERY 2669-723 Colonial Charm Chandelier
Product Information
The product is a chandelier with item number 2669-723 and was manufactured on April 2, 2022. It includes wooden drops, candle covers, a ground screw, a mounting screw, a crossbar, and a chain. The chandelier requires (9) nine candelabra base bulbs up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) and should not exceed the maximum wattage rating.
Product Usage Instructions
- Shut off the power at the fuse box or circuit breaker. If necessary, remove old fixture, including mounting hardware.
- Remove the fixture from the carton and check that all parts are included.
- Adjust the arms to the proper position according to the illustration.
- Screw the fixture loop to the coupling.
- Thread all thread into ceiling loop until snug.
- Thread the other end of the all thread into crossbar.
- Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig. 3 making sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your outlet box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the crossbar using the green screw provided.
- Tuck wire connections neatly into outlet box. Raise canopy to ceiling and secure with lock collar.
- Place bobeches over candle covers.
- Hang wooden drops onto fixture body in proper position.
- Thread finial to fixture body and attach wooden drop.
- Install (9) nine candelabra base bulbs up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture specification–DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING!.
- Use proper chain pliers (not included) to open and close the chain included with this fixture. Do not open them with other tools that may twist or stress the chain links.
- Return power to the outlet box and test the fixture.

ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE (Fig. 1)

- Crossbar
- Ground screw
- Mounting Screw
- 2 Candle Cover # CCV21095P-737

1. Shut off the power at the fuse box or circuit breaker. If necessary, remove old fixture, including mounting hardware. -
Carefully remove fixture from carton and check that all parts are included as shown in the illustration.

Adjust the arms (I) to proper position. Refer to illustration (L).

Screw fixture loop (A) to coupling (B).
MOUNTING THE FIXTURE (Fig. 2) -
Thread all thread into ceiling loop until snug.

Thread the other end of the all thread into crossbar.
Note: The length of the all thread into crossbar may be adjusted if necessary. -
Secure all thread to crossbar with hex nut.

Take crossbar assembly and mount it to outlet box using the mounting screws (Size: #8-32N*L1”). The side of crossbar marked “GND” must face out.

Open quick link and connect to fixture loop, then close quick link.

By measuring, determine the correct number of links needed for desired hanging height. Using chain pliers, disconnect and discard excess chain.

Carefully lace fixture wires through chain.

Slip lock collar and canopy over chain and allow them to rest on fixture body.

Open the quick link and attach it to the ceiling loop, then close quick link.

Carefully feed fixture wires through ceiling loop and all thread and pull until tight.
CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 3) -
Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig. 3 making sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your outlet box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to
it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the crossbar using the green screw provided. -
Tuck wire connections neatly into outlet box. Raise canopy to ceiling and secure with lock collar.
FINISHING THE INSTALLATION (Fig.1) -
Place bobeches (K) over candle covers (J).

Hang wooden drops (C,D,E,F) onto fixture body in proper position.

Thread finial (H) to fixture body and attach wooden drop (G).

Install (9) nine candelabra base bulbs up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture specification DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! (NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!).
Your installation is now complete. Return power to the outlet box and test the fixture.
Note: Illustration (Fig. 1) on this manual is for installation purposes only. It may or may not be identical to the fixture purchased.
Notice: It is important to use proper chain pliers (not included) To OPEN and CLOSE the chain included with this fixture. Do not open them with other tools that may twist or stress the chain links. It is important to use proper chain pliers like the ones shown in the diagram.
