WaveLinx Wired TSI-1-NA Touchscreen Interface
The WaveLinx Wired TSI-1-NA Touchscreen Interface is a device that acts as a host for TSE55-B and TSE80-B color touchscreens. It allows the touchscreens to control any area on the WaveLinx Wired network and can coordinate communications with up to 25 touchscreens on one network. The TSI-1-NA must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the applicable installation code.
Electrical & Mechanical Specifications
- Power Supply Jumper: Enables WaveLinx Wired network BUS power when in the ‘ON’ position. Disables WaveLinx Wired network BUS power when removed or in the ‘OFF’ position. This product requires 15V @ 750mA.
- Power Supply: +10 – 24V DC @ 750 mA Max

Software Specifications
For programming the TSI-1-NA, the WaveLinx Wired Software and TSE Designer software are required.
Mounting
The TSI-1-NA must be installed in a suitable DINrail enclosure and always mounted in a well-ventilated location.
Usage Instructions
- The WaveLinx Wired TSI-1-NA Touchscreen Interface must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the applicable installation code.
- Before starting installation or attempting any maintenance, make sure to turn off power at the fuse or circuit breaker to avoid the risk of fire or electric shock.
- If a room is wired for two circuits using two separate hot leads, connect only one circuit per relay. Both circuits must be fed from the same phase.
- When handling or servicing the product, always disconnect power and allow the fixture to cool before proceeding to avoid the risk of burn.
- Due to sharp edges, handle the product with care and use at least two people when lifting and mounting heavy or large units to avoid the risk of personal injury.
- The TSI-1-NA must be connected to up to 25 touchscreens on the same physical network and IP address range using category cable.
Installation Instructions
TSI-1-NA Touchscreen Interface
WARNING
- Risk of Fire, Electrical Shock, Cuts or other Casualty Hazards- Installation and maintenance of this product must be performed by a qualified electrician. This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and hazards involved. For continued protection against shock hazard replace all covers and guards after field wiring is completed.
- Risk of Fire and Electric Shock- Make certain power is OFF before starting installation or attempting any maintenance. Disconnect power at fuse or circuit breaker. WaveLinx Wired models may contain circuits from more than one power source.
- Risk of Burn- Disconnect power and allow fixture to cool before handling or servicing.
- Risk of Personal Injury- Due to sharp edges, handle with care. Always use at least two people when lifting and mounting heavy or large units
- Failure to comply with these instructions may result in serious injury (including death) and property damage.

ATTENTION Receiving Department: Note actual fixture description of any
shortage or noticeable
damage on delivery receipt. File claim for common carrier (LTL) directly with carrier. Claims for concealed damage must be filed within 15 days of delivery. All damaged material, complete with original packing must be retained.
NOTICE
- If a room is wired for two circuits using two separate hot leads, it is very important to connect only one circuit per relay. Both circuits must be fed from the same phase.
- Ensure that all modules are firmly seated on the DIN rails before beginning field wiring.
- The high voltage supply should be fed to the cabinet via an external isolation breaker with sufficient capacity for the planned installation.
- Ensure that the supply is fully isolated at an external breaker before opening doors. Test that power has been removed before starting to handle conductors.
- Ensure that high voltage and low voltage wiring remains separate.
- All new wiring must be fully verified before applying power.
- Designed for indoor installation and use only. Dry location rated. Do not mount on metal surface.
Overview
