AEROTECH AERO-85015X Micro LED Beacon Panel
WARNING.
- Read carefully and understand all instructions before operating.
- It is not recommended to use magnetically mounted warning devices on the outside of a vehicle in motion. Usage is at the sole risk and responsibility of the user.

PRE-INSTALLATION
- To prevent damage to the light box and vehicle carefully plan mounting position for the light box, cable and controlling equipment:

Pre-configure desired light box flash pattern prior to hard wiring

Determine:
- the location to mount the light box.
the location to route the light box cable.
- the location to mount the light box.

Separate all electronic equipment wiring from two-way radio equipment wiring.

To avoid interference, keep two-way radio antennas a minimum of 50cm away from warning equipment.
WIRING & INSTALLATION
(MAGNETIC MOUNT AER0-85016X}
- To power the magnetic mount LED light box, connect the supplied cigarette lighter plug lead into the vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket and press the ON/OFF button.
CHANGING FLASH PArrERNS (AER0-85016X)
- The magnetic mount LED light box features a flash pattern selection switch located on the cigarette lighter plug. To change the flash pattern, push the flash pattern button once.
HIGH/LOW POWER MODES (AER0-85016X)
- In many applications High Power mode can be too bright at night. To change power mode, hold the flash pattern button for more than 5 seconds.
WIRING & INSTALLATION (FLANGE MOUNT P/Nos. AERO-85015X, AERO-85017X, AERO- 85019X}
- Different applications require different flash patterns. It is highly recommended to determine and configure the required flash pattern prior to installation.
CHANGING FLASH PATTERNS (P/Nos. AERO-B5015X, AERO-85017X, AERO-85019X}
- The flange mount L.E.D light box features a flash pattern selection wire (yellow). Touch the YELLOW wire once to the negative supply to change the flash pattern.
FLASH PATTERN FUNCTIONS
CRADLE MOUNT
- Prepare a suitable area on the vehicle’s surface by wiping it clean to prevent scratching.
- Drill a 10mm hole into the surface for the wires to exit through for connection to a power source. Alternatively, the wires can be directed through the side of lamp’s base for connection to a power source.
- Using the supplied lamp gasket as a template, drill 6.5mm holes for fitment and secure to the surface using the supplied mounting bolts. A mounting pad is included and can be installed between the surface and the lamp.
- Mount the cradle to the vehicle, make sure the cable is routed in the correct orientation (through the mounting surface or via the cable exit).
- Attached the lamp to the cradle via the 4 bolts with supplied alien key.
- Route the wires as planned in step 2. Connect the red (+) wire to 10-80V DC and the black(-) wire to ground. Test.
DIRECT MOUNT
Perform step 1 and 2 (if required).
- Using the supplied \amp gasket as a template, drill 6.5mm holes ior fitment and install using supplied screws from below which lit directly into the nutserts of the light box.
- Mount the cradle to the vehicle, by installing bolts from underneath into the nutserts on the light box. Make sure the cable is routed in the correct orientation (through the mounting surface or via the cable exit).
- Route the wires as planned in step 2. Connect the red (+) wire lo 10-SOV DC and the black l-) wire to ground. Test.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Warranty items will be replaced or repaired to working condition and returned without cosmetic alterations.
- A proof of purchase is required to validate all warranty claims. The warranty period is valid starting from the original date of purchase.
- All products must have been purchased through a Vision X Authorized Dealer/Reseller to be eligible for warranty.
- Damage resulting from any improper installation, accident, abuse, neglect or normal wear are not covered under warranty.
- Any product used in mining applications is warranted for one year only.
- Actions which void the warranty include:
- a. Opening of the lighting fixture
- b. Cutting any connectors or cords
- c. Broken Glass
- d. Damage caused by physical abuse
- e. Lights operated in environments outside their stated specifications*
- All customer warranties should be handled through the Dealer/Reseller the product was originally purchased from. The customer is responsible for delivery to the Vision X Returns in Auburn, Washington.
- If a product is deemed not covered under warranty, customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Items not covered under warranty can be repaired at the customer’s expense for parts and labor, at the discretion of Vision X Lighting, who will provide an estimated repair cost before proceeding with the repair.
