AFX MOTORSPORTS POR034 Spare Tire Carrier Kit
Product Information
This product is a steel spare tire carrier kit for Polaris RZR Turbo S 2-4 Seater. It is for off-road use only and comes with two mounting arms, one spare tire carrier, and one spare tire base. The kit also includes hardware such as 8x 5/16 x 1 1/2 bolts, 8x 5/16 lock nuts, 2x 1/4 x 2 bolts, 2x 1/4 lock nuts, 4x C clamps, 4x 3/8 x 1 bolts, 4x 3/8 lock nuts, special nuts, a 5/32 Allen key, a 7/16combination wrench, and a 9/16 combination wrench. The product comes with an installation manual that provides detailed instructions on how to install the spare tire carrier kit.
Once you have completed these steps, the spare tire carrier kit installation
is complete.
Note: Do not tighten the bolts and nuts until the installation is
complete.

Hardware:
- (8x) 5/16 x 1 1/2” Bolt
- (8x) 5/16” Lock Nut
- (2x) 1/4 x 2” Bolt
- (2x) 1/4” Lock Nut
- (4x) 3/8 x 1” Bolt
- (4x) 3/8” Lock Nut
- (4x) Special Nuts
Tool needed:
- 5/32” Allen Key.
- 7/16” Combination Wrench.
- 9/16” Combination Wrench.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
DO NOT TIGHTEN THE BOLTS AND NUTS UNTIL THE INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE.

Insert the Mounting Arm to the “Spare tire base”, as it is shown in the image.

Secure the arms using one 1/4” x 2” bolt and one lock nut. The assambly must look as the image. (Do not tighten the hardware yet).

Place the “Spare tire base” on the vehicle, as it is shown in the image.

Secure the Spare Tire Base with two “C” Clamps and four, 5/16” x 1-1/2” bolts and four lock nuts.

Secure the Mounting Arm to the Vehicle, as it is shown in the image.
Repeat this stepon the other side of the vehicle -
Place the Spare Tire Carrier over Tire Base.

Secure the Spare Tire Carrier with four 3/8” x 1” bolts and four 3/8” lock nuts

Tighten all the hardware

Place the spare tire over the tire carrier
