AFX MOTORSPORTS PUE020 Aluminum Lower Doors
Product Information
The Aluminum Lower Doors for Can Am X3 2 Seater (SKU PUE020) are designed for off-road use only. The product comes with a set of installation instructions and hardware including (6x) 1/4 x 2 Bolts with washers and nuts, and (12x) 1/4 Flat washer. The product is manufactured by AFX Motorsports and can be purchased from their website.
Product Usage Instructions
- Remove the lower original plastics from the vehicle’s doors by uninstalling the 2 screws from each door and removing the plastics.
- Take the Aluminum Lower Door for the passenger side and align it with the upper door of the vehicle.
- Once aligned, tighten the screws to the top so that the lower door will be tightened as possible.
- Repeat steps 2-3 for the driver’s side of the vehicle.

HOW TO INSTALL
Pieces included
Hardware
- (6x) 1/4” x 2” Bolts with washers and nuts.
- (12x) 1/4” Flat washer.
Tools needed (Not Included)
- 5/32″ Allen Key
- 7/16″ Combination Wrench.
INSTALLATION
- Remove the lower original plastics from the vehicle’s doors. For this, uninstall the 2 screws from each door and remove the plastics.
- Set the Aluminum Lower Door (Driver´s or Passenger´s side) as shown on the Figure below. Install the door with 3 1/4” x 2” screws with 2 washers (one above and one below) and 1 nut each (Included). Before tightening the screws, be sure that everyone is in the right position.
- Next, set the lower door in order that it will be aligned with the upper door of the vehicle.
- Once aligned, tighten the screws to the top, so that the lower door will be tightened as possible
- Repeat these steps for the Lower Door of the other side of the Vehicle.

The total liability of the seller to the user for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. AFX Motorsports will warranty only parts provided by AFX Motorsports. Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers’ products will not be covered by AFX Motorsports.
