AFX MOTORSPORTS DEF034 High Impact Steel Front Bumper
High Impact Steel Front Bumper for Can Am X3 2 Seater
This product is a high impact steel front bumper designed for off-road use only. It is compatible with the Can Am X3 2 Seater and is available for purchase at AFX Motorsports.
How to Install
The following pieces are included in the package:
- Front Bumper
- Aluminum Plate
- Front Bumper Support
Pieces included
Hardware:
- (2x) 1/4 x 2” Bolts with nuts and double washers.
- (2x) 1/4 x 1” Bolts with washer and nuts.
- (2x) 1/4 x 1 1/2” Bolts and nuts.
- (2x) 10mm x 30mm Bolts.
Tools needed (Not Included):
- 5/32″ Allen Key.
- 7/16″ or 14 mm Combination Wrench.
The following hardware is also included:
- (2x) 1/4 x 2 Bolts with nuts and double washers
- (2x) 1/4 x 1 Bolts with washer and nuts
- (2x) 1/4 x 1 1/2 Bolts and nuts
- (2x) 10mm x 30mm Bolts
- 5/32 Allen Key
- 7/16 or 14 mm Combination Wrench
Liability Statement
Before installing the bumper, read the liability statement provided in the user manual.
- Place the bumper over the front tubes of the vehicle, aligning the hardware as shown in the image.
- Remove screws from the aluminum plate using a 5/32 allen key.
- Place the front upper support on the front tube of the vehicle as shown in the image.
- Assemble the front lower support, using the support slots, to embrace the frontal tube of the vehicle as shown in the image.
- Align the bottom of the bumper with the perforations of the screws removed in step #1, and use two 10 x 30mm screws to secure it.
- Mount the bumper above frontal support, align the perforations and use two 1/4 x 2 screws with nuts and double washers to secure it.
- Install the aluminum plate using four 1/4 x 1 screws and nuts.
Important: Tighten all the screws for safety. Your installation is now complete.

Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers’ products will not be covered by AFX Motorsports. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the bumper over the front tubes, aligning the 1 hardware (as it is shown in the image).
- Remove the Aluminum plate with a 5/32” allen key.
- Place the front upper support on the front tube of the vehicle (as it is shown in the image).
- Assemble the front lower support, using the suport slots, embrace the frontal tube of the vehicle (as it is shown in the image).
- Mount the bumper above frontal support, align the perforations. (as it is shown in the image). Use two 1/4 x 2” screw with nuts and double washers.
- Align the bottom of the bumper with the perforations of the screws reomved in step #1 (as it is shown in the image). Use two 10 x 30mm screw
- Install the aluminum plate (as it is shown in the image). Use four 1/4x 1” screws and nuts.
For safety tighten all the screws. Now you have completed the installation
