Product Information

The front bumper is designed for use with the Polaris RZR Turbo
S 2-4 seater. The product package includes:

Hardware A Upper Brackets
Hardware B
Front Bumper
(9x) 5/16 x 1 Screws
(8x) 5/16 nuts
(1x) 5/16 Lock washer
(5x) 5/16 Flat washer
(4x) 3/8 x 1 Screws
(2x) 3/8 Lock washer
(2x) 1/4 x 2 Screws with nut
(2x) 3/8 Nuts
(2x) 3/8 Flat Washers

Tools needed (not included):

5/32 Allen Key
7/16 or 14 mm Combination Wrench

Product Usage Instructions

Note:
For the installation of this front bumper, it is necessary to perform additional perforations to your RZR. If the RZR has this hardware, remove it and keep it.

Remove the front plastic of the RZR starting with the tabs.
Place Hardware A over the front structure of the RZR, use a 5/16 screw with one flat washer and one lock washer.
Place Hardware B aligning the 2 perforations to Hardware A using two 3/8 x 1 screws and lock washers.
Align the two lower perforations with the structure of the RZR, place the original hardware that was previously removed, and use two 3/8 x 1 screws with a flat washer and nut.
Place the bumper over Hardware B aligning the 4 upper perforations and use four 5/16 x 1 screws with nut.
There are two options to install the Upper Brackets:
- Option 1: Remove the plastic of your RZR Turbo S
- Option 2: Perform an additional perforation of 1 1/2 on the plastic so you can install the arm.
Align the perforations of the Upper Brackets with the lateral structure of the RZR and the lower perforation of the bumper, using one 1/4 x 2 screw and nut and two 5/16 x 1 screw with nuts and flat washers, as shown in the image.

For safety, tighten all the screws. Now you have completed the installation.

Installation

Remove the front plastic of the RZR starting with the tabs.

Place the hardware “B” aligning the 2 perforations to the hardware “A” using two 3/8 x 1” screws and lock washers. $AFX-MOTORSPORTS-DEF068-Front-Bumper-fig- $4$$
Place the bumper over the hardware “B” aligning the 4 upper perforations and use four 5/16 x 1” screws with nut. $AFX-MOTORSPORTS-DEF068-Front-Bumper-fig- $5$$
Align the two lower perforations with the structure of the RZR, place the original hardware that was previously removed, and use two 3/8 x 1” screws with a flat washer and nut.

- For the installation of this front bumper, it is necessary to perform additional perforations to your RZR.
- Just in case the RZR has this hardware, remove it and keep it.

By purchasing and installing AFX Motorsports products, the user agrees that should damages occur, AFX Motorsports will not be held responsible for loss of time, use, labor fees, replacement parts, or freight charges.

AFX Motorsports, nor any 3rd party, will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from any product purchased from AFX Motorsports. The total liability of the seller to the user for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. AFX Motorsports will warranty only parts provided by AFX Motorsports. Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers’ products will not be covered by AFX Motorsports. AFX Motorsports parts and products are not warranted if the item was not installed properly, misused, or modified.
