Product Information
This is the installation manual for the Short Front Bumper with Winch made by AFX Motorsports for off-road use only. The product is designed to fit Polaris RZR 1000XP/1000XP Turbo S models and comes with front bumper hardware A and hardware B. Hardware A includes 5x 5/16 x 1 bolts, 4x 5/16 security nuts, 1x 5/16 lock washer, 1x 5/16 flat washer, 4x 3/8 x 1 bolt, 2x 3/8 lock washer, 2x 3/8 flat washer, and 2x 3/8 nuts. The installation process involves removing the front plastic of the RZR and placing hardware A over the front structure of the RZR using a 5/16 screw with one flat washer and one lock washer. Hardware B is mounted with the winch previously installed and secured with two 3/8 x 1 screws with a lock washer. The two lower perforations are aligned with the structure of the RZR, and the original hardware that was previously removed is placed before securing it with two 3/8 x 1 screws with a flat washer and nut.
