AFX Motorsports Frontal Rack for Polaris Ranger 570 2015-2022
The AFX Motorsports Frontal Rack for Polaris Ranger 570 is an aluminum roof that can be installed on the Polaris Ranger 570 model years 2015-2022. - 6x Screw 1/4 x 1 1/4
- 8x Lock nut 1/4
- 2x Screw 1/4 x 3/4
- 2x Spacer 3/4 x 15/16
- 2x Spacer 3/4 x 11/16
Tools Required
- 5/32 Allen Key
- 7/16 Combination Wrench
Product Usage Instructions
- Start by placing the support at the front of the roof rear and tighten them to the tube of the car using the screws 3/8 x 2 and the combination wrench.
- Attach the side supports using the screws 1/4 x 1 1/4 and lock nuts, along with the spacers 3/4 x 11/16, using the combination wrench.
- Attach the middle support by using screws 1/4 x 1 1/4 and lock nuts, along with the spacers 3/4 x 15/16, using the combination wrench.
- Attach the screws 1/4 x 3/4 and 1/4 lock nut to the side supports of the rear support using the combination wrench.
- Check that everything is tight.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the Roof front, on top of the Roof rear, on both sides place the 3/8″ x 2″ hex bolt and 3/8” nuts (included in the car)and the 3/4” x 15/16” spacers and 3/4” x 15/16” with 22° cut. (Don´t thight the screws yet).
- Place the support at the front of the roof rear and tighten them to the tube of the car.
- Attach 1/4″ x 1 1/4″ screws and 1/4” lock nut, to the side supports with the 3/4″ x 11/16″ spacers, then attach the 3/4″ x 15/16″ screws to the middle clamps. (Don´t thight the screws yet)
- Place 1/4 “x 3/4 screws and 1/4” lock nut on the side supports of the rear roof. (Don´t thight the screws yet)
- Check that everything is tight
