Trailing A-Arm Guards
The Trailing A-Arm Guards are an off-road product designed for use with the Polaris RZR Turbo S 2-4 Seater. The package includes (1x) Pilot Trailing A-Arm guard and (1x) Co-Pilot Trailing A-Arm guard, as well as hardware: (2x) Screws 1/4 x 2 1/2, (2x) Nuts 1/4 x 3, and (4x) Nuts 1/4. An Allen Key and Combination Wrench are also included. Please note that this product is for off-road use only.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Remove the original rear axle bolt, which is shown in the image. Do not remove the screw from the shock absorber.
  2. Place the rear suspension on the axle of the vehicle, where the top perforation of the part matches the perforation of the screw that was removed as shown in the picture.
  3. Insert the original screw into the top hole and two 3 1/4 x 2 1/2and1/4 x 3 screws in the holes of the rear suspension tightening with 1/4 nuts. Screws in the inward direction as shown in the image.
  4. Repeat the process with the left suspension.

HOW TO INSTALL

pieces included:

  • (1x) Pilot Trailing A-Arm guard
  • (1x) Co-Pilot Trailing A-Arm guard
Hardware
  • (2x) Screws 1/4” x 2 1/2”
  • (2x) Nuts 1/4” x 3”
  • (4x) Nuts 1/4”

Tools needed (Not Included):

  • Allen Key.
  • Combination Wrench.
INSTALLATION
  1. Removed the original rear axle bolt, which is shown in the image.

  3. Insert the original screw into the top hole and two 1/4 x 2 1/2” and 1/4 x 3” screws in the holes of the rear suspension tightening with 1/4 ”nuts.
    • Screws in the inward direction as shown in the image
  4. Repeat the process with the left suspension and you will have finished installing your suspensions.
