Product Information

The Aluminum Roof Installation Manual is a guide for installing
an aluminum roof on RZR 900/1000 2-seater vehicles. This product is
designed for off-road use only and is available for purchase at AFX
Motorsports. The installation process requires the removal of the
original plastic roof and fastening the aluminum roof to the center
tubular structure of the vehicle using bolts and nuts.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Begin by removing the original plastic roof of the vehicle.
This can be done by removing the screws located on the rear and
    front part of the roof.

  2. Using a 3/4 wrench, remove the 4 nuts that hold the center
tubular structure of the roof. Keep these nuts.

  3. Place the new aluminum roof on the tubular structure, starting
from the rear to the front, as shown in the image provided in the
    manual.

  4. Install the anti-rattling strip provided with the product.

  5. Using the hardware provided with the product, fasten the
aluminum roof to the center tubular structure of the vehicle by
installing four 1/4 x 1 bolts with washers and nuts.

  6. Use a 3/4 wrench, 5/32 Allen key, and a 7/16 or 14mm
combination wrench to tighten all bolts and nuts. It is recommended
to install the bolts finger tight at first until all hardware has
    been installed.

Once all hardware has been installed, ensure that the structure
is placed correctly and fasten it with the four original nuts. The
Aluminum Roof Installation Manual also includes a liability
statement that should be read before installation.
