Product Information RZR 200 Front Bumper Kit
The RZR 200 Front Bumper Kit is a product that provides extra protection for the front of your vehicle. The kit comes with a front bumper, backer plate, lower plate, and a hardware kit. The black SKU number for this product is 925FP0200. The bumper support is designed to fit behind the front clip, with a bend that goes underneath the brake block.

Product Usage Instructions
Follow the steps below to install the RZR 200 Front Bumper Kit
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Step 1 : Install the backing plate to the lower plate using the supplied hardware.
- Step 2 : Install the lower plate to the front bumper using supplied bevel washers and Allen screws.
- Step 3 : Remove (2) screws holding the front clip on using a T-40 socket.
- Step 4 : Install the bumper support behind the front clip, making sure the bend goes underneath the brake block. Reinstall the OEM hardware.
- Step 5 : Remove (2) screws underneath the car where the front clip attaches.
- Step 6 : Install the bumper onto the car. Reuse the bottom two screws to mount the bumper to the frame. Use (2) supplied bolts and washers to mount the bumper to the support in the front of the car.
