Use
Charge the case and earphones fully before first use.
Power on/off
Take the earphones out of the case to start the headset. If the LED indicators
are off when taking the earphones out, charge the case and try again.
Place the earphones back in the case to turn them off or press and hold the
touch control surface for 5 seconds. They can also be powered on by holding
the touch control surface for 2 seconds when they are not in the case.
To save battery time, the earphones automatically turn off after 5 minutes of
being out of range from their Bluetooth device.
Pairing
Open the case and remove the earphones. They start to flash and pair together.
Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and connect to “Linocell BTH1 2”.
Pairing occurs automatically after this each time the earbuds are removed from
the case.
Charging
Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a computer or a
USB power adapter to charge the case. There are four LED indicators on the
case that lights up to indicate the battery level. They will gradually fill
up.
Put the earphones in the case to charge them. Each earphone has an LED
indicator that turns red while charging. When the earbuds are fully charged
the indicator turns off.
Touch control for music and voice assistant
- Play/pause: Tap the left or right earphone once.
- Next song: Triple-tap the right earphone.
- Volume+ : Double-tap the right earphone.
- Previous song: Triple-tap the left earphone.
- Volume – : Double-tap the left earphone.
- Voice assistant: Hold the touch control surface of the left or right earphone for 3 seconds to turn voice assistant on. Tap one of the earphones once to turn it off.
- Gaming mode: Tap the left or right earphone 5 times to enter the gaming mode with low latency.
Touch control for calls
- Answer a call: Tap the left or right earphone once.
- Hang up a call: Double-tap the left or right earphone.
- Reject a call: Hold the touch control surface of the left or right earphone for 3 seconds.
Reset
If the earphones do not pair correctly, try to reset.
Take the earphones out of the charging case. Turn them off by holding the
touch control surface of both earphones for 5 seconds. When they are turned
off, press and hold both earphones for 1 D seconds until the LED indicators
turn red and flash 3 times. Put the earphones back in the case and take them
out again. The earphones automatically pair together, but you must reconnect
them to your phone (repeat the steps under the heading “Pairing”).
Troubleshooting
FAQ
- Pairing fails.
- Put the earphones back in the charging case and make sure that they are turned off.
- Take the earphoens out of the charging case. They enter pairing mode automatically. Choose “Linocell BTH12” in your phone’s Bluetooth settings to pair.
- If the pairing still fails, check the following points:
* Make sure the earphones and your Bluetooth device are next to each other or within 1 D metres and that there are no obstacles between them.
* Make sure there are no signal interferences nearby (check the question “Connection is not stable” for signal interference conditions).
* Try to reboot your Bluetooth device.-
I paired the earbuds with my phone before, but I failed to pair them again.
Turn on Bluetooth in your phone and in “My devices”/”Paired devices”, choose
“Linocell BTH12″, tap ” <D” and “Forget This Device”. Then, pair the earphones with your phone again. -
The connection is not stable.
Make sure that the Bluetooth connection distance is not more than 10 metres and that there are no objects between the earphones and your Bluetooth device, or a radio or wifi signal that is interfering. -
Power runs out fast.
The earphones’ playtime varies depending on the volume level and audio content. Put the earphones back into the charging case after use to avoid unnecessarily power consumption. -
The earphones are reconnecting to my phone while being charged in the case.
When the charging case is out of power during charging, the earphones automatically turn on and reconnect to the latest paired Bluetooth device. If the earphones are not paired with a Bluetooth device, they automatically turn off after 5 minutes.
Safety information
This product contains a rechargeable Li-Po battery that cannot be replaced.
To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for
long periods of time.
