CORDIVARI COMBI 3 Multi Heat Energy Buffer
Product Information
The Combi 3 is a multi-heat energy tank used for heating hot water storage and D.H.W. production. It is designed to be used in units with a discontinuous energy source for double use: heating systems and domestic hot water systems. The product comes with chain magnesium anode insulation and has a warranty of 5 years. The Combi 3 is available in two models, namely WB (with hard foam insulation) and WC (with dismountable soft fleece insulation). The WB model is available in six different sizes ranging from 500 to 2000 litres, while the WC model is available in four different sizes ranging from 800 to 2000 litres.

The WB model comes with a hard foam insulation and is equipped with a fixed heat exchanger and a chain magnesium anode. The product is designed and produced in conformity with the article 4.3 of directive 2014/68/UE – ErP Ecodesgin directive 2009/125/CE.
WC Model
The WC model is available in four different sizes ranging from 800 to 2000 litres. The following table provides information on the available sizes:

The WC model comes with dismountable soft fleece insulation and is equipped with a fixed heat exchanger and a chain magnesium anode. The product is designed and produced in conformity with the article 4.3 of directive 2014/68/UE – ErP Ecodesign directive 2009/125/CE.
APPLICATION
Heating hot water storage and D.H.W. production.
MATERIAL
- Buffer tank: Mild steel painted on the outside. Buffer intented for closed circuit installation, so no anti-corrosion treatment is provided.
- D.H.W. storage: Mild steel Polywarm® coated (Attestation ACS – SSICA- EN 16421 – WRAS)
HEAT EXCHANGERS
- N° 2 mild steel fixed heat exchangers.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
- Multi-Heat Energy tanks Combi 3 are used in units with a typically discontinuous energy source for double use: heating systems and domestic hot water systems.
INSULATION
- HARD: High thermal insulation with ecological polyurethane hard foam. Models 800-1000 available with dismountable hard foam insulation.
- SOFT (Dismountable): NOFIRE® polyester fleece 100% made of recyclable material, with high thermal insulation. Fire resistance class B-s2d0 according to EN 13501.
- Grey PVC external lining, complete with top and flange cover.

LOWER HEAT EXCHANGER POWER COMBI 2 – COMBI 3
Output of the Combi 2 – Combi 3 lower heat exchangers depending on the average DeltaT between primary and accumulation considering flow rate 3 m3/h.
Thermal output is given in both kW or kcal/h in terms of average temperature difference between primary and secondary circuit, all for a range of primary 3 m3/h. For example, a 1000 liters COMBI 2 with a water flow of 3 m3/h at 80 °C inlet and outlet at 70 °C, has on the storage of water an average temperature of 60 °C, the main difference of temperature will be: (80 +70) / 20-60 = 15 °C and therefore you can exchange up to approximately 32 kW.
