Use
Remove the plastic film protecting the sticky side of the electrodes. Apply
the electrodes to an area that you want to treat with the TENS massager.
Press the Power on button to start the massager, the massager emits a sound.
Adjust the intensity using the Increase and Decrease intensity to adjust the
massager to a suitable level. There are 12 available intensity levels. Press
and hold the Mode button for 3 seconds to change between the 3 different
massage modes available. The intensity resets to level 1, adjust the level of
the selected mode using the Increase and Decrease intensity buttons. Press and
hold the Minus button to turn off the massager.
Note! The recommended runtime of a session is 15 minutes and maximum runtime of the massager is 60 minutes. The massager automatically turns off after 1 minute if no intensity level has been set after powering on.
Maintenance
The electrodes are made of electrically conductive silicone, carbon film, PET and copper. The electrodes can be used up to 80 times for a total of 20 hours. The electrodes do not need to be sterilized before use. If the initial adhesive properties are worn out, make sure the massager is turned off and rinse the sticky side of the electrodes with lukewarm water and allow them to dry fully before using them again. Do not use any other patches than the included electrode patches. Use a dry soft cloth or towel to clean the rest of the massager.
Note! Wipe the skin clean from oils, dirt or sweat before applying the massager to increase the longevity of the electrodes.
Safety information
Never use this muscle stimulator along with other medical electronic stimulators, such as a cardiac pacemaker, an artificial heart-lung used to maintain life, or an electrocardiograph as this may cause danger.
Do not use this muscle stimulator together with high-frequency surgical equipment as this may cause burns where the electrode patches have been pasted or severely damage the muscle stimulator. If the muscle stimulator is used near (1 m or closer) a short wave or microwave therapy stimulator, the output of the stimulator may become unstable. Do not use the stimulator in environments with high heat, inflammable compounds and/or electromagnetic radiation. Do not use the stimulator taking a bath or sleeping. Never attempt to disassemble the product. Repairs should only be performed by a qualified technician. Do not conduct servicing or maintenance while the device is in use. Do not apply the electrodes on your chest close to your heart as this may increase the risk of cardiac fibrillation.
Do not apply stimulation across or through the head, directly on the eyes or mouth, on the front of the neck, (especially on the carotid sinus area), on private parts or on areas with skin disease. The electrodes should never be used on your chest or upper back in close proximity to your heart. Do not move the stimulator during use. Turn it off before moving it as moving it powered on can cause strong and discomforting stimulation. Stop using the stimulator if you experience any discomfort. Take out the battery if the stimulator is not to be used for long periods of time. Consult a doctor before using this stimulator if you are currently under doctor’s treatment, are pregnant or suffer from any of the following conditions: abnormally sensitive skin, heart disease, abnormal blood pressure, malignant tumor, serious cerebrovascular disease or acute disease. Do not use this stimulator on children or people with no ability to express their own will. You should not use the muscle stimulator if you have an implanted electronic device, such as a cardiac pacemaker, unless treatment has been approved by a medical specialist.
Product disposal
The muscle stimulator should not be discarded with household waste. When discarded, the stimulator should be disposed of at a suitable recycling station according to local environmental requirements.

- Warning signs, symbols and their meanings are as follows:
Danger
Never use this stimulator along with other medical electronic stimulators,
such as cardiac pacemaker, artificial heart-lung which are used to maintain
life, and electrocardiograph. Otherwise it may cause danger. If the user is
using high frequency surgical equipment and this therapy stimulator at the
same time, then there might be burn in the place where the electrode slice is
pasted to or damage to the stimulator; If this stimulator is used in the
vicinity (1 m) of short wave or microwave therapy stimulator, then the output
of this stimulator might not be stable.
Warning
- Do not use this stimulator in places where there are high heat, inflammables and electromagnetic radiation.
- Do not use this stimulator while bathing or sleeping.
- Do not modify the stimulator, or else electric shock might occur.
- Do not inhale or swallow small parts, which might lead to life-threatening condition.
- . Do not conduct servicing or maintenance while the device is in use.
- Do not apply the electrodes near the thorax, which may increase the risk of cardiac fibrillation.
- Stimulation should not be applied across or through the head, directly on the eyes, covering the mouth, on the front of the neck, (especially the carotid sinus), on private parts, parts with skin disease, or from electrodes placed on the chest and the upper back or crossing over the heart.
Do not arbitrarily disassemble, repair and reform this stimulator, otherwise it might cause malfunction or electric shock accidents.
Attention
- Do not move the stimulator while using, or when the user wishes to change treated area, first be sure to turn off the stimulator then use it, or it might cause strong stimulation.
- If the user doesn’t feel well due to stimulator anomaly, please stop using at once and consult a doctor.
- If the stimulator is not to be used in a long time, please take out the battery to avoid leakage which may damage the stimulator.
- Do not use this stimulator under circumstances that are beyond the range of application.
- Do not use or contact with the product for a long time.
