- Do not use this product for any purpose that is not explicitly specified in this manual. Do not exceed weight capacity. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by improper mounting, incorrect assembly or inappropriate use.
- This product is designed for use in wood stud, solid concrete, concrete block and brick walls. – DO NOT install into drywall alone.
- The wall must be capable of supporting five times the weight of the TV and mount combined.
Weight Restrictions
If your TV weighs more, this mount is NOT compatible
WARNING
DO NOT exceed the maximum weight indicated. This mounting system is intended
for use only within the maximum weights indicated. Use with products heavier
than the maximum weights indicated may result in failure of the mount and its
accessories, this causing damage and or injury.
Check the VESA Pattern of TV before the Installation
Minimum VESA pattern: 200mm / 7.9” (W) x 100mm / 3.9” (H) If your TV VESA is
greater than 600 x 400mm / 23.6 x 15.7” or less than VESA 200 x 100mm / 7.9 x
3.9”, this mount is NOT compatible.

Secure the TV Brackets [03] and [04] to TV
Select TV Bolts
Only one size of the fits your TV.
BOLT LENGTH : Verify adequate thread engagement with bolts or bolts / spacers combination. We recommend thread engagement by at least 5 turns.
- Too short will not hold the TV.
- Too long will damage the TV.
PLEASE NOTE : The provided TV bolts meet most of today’s TVs design. However, some TVs require special bolts which may NOT be in the hardware bag. In this case, we offer our “PSUHP” Universal Hardware Kit which provides a large selection of bolts that can meet the demand of older and unique applications.
IMPORTANT: When using the spacers, it is important to note that they can be used in multi-layers (meaning stacked). If you have any difficulty undestanding how to install the TV bolts or spacers, please contact customer service at supportus@perlesmith.com.
CAUTION: When attaching the TV brackets [03] and [04] to the back of the TV, ensure the ends with round holes on the TV brackets are pointing to the top of the TV and are equally centered on the back of the TV.
PLEASE NOTE: The bolt hole locations on your TV may vary in accordance of the manufacturer’s design of the TV. We are only illustrating possible locations of the bolt holes.

For cable interference or inset holes, use spacers [06] to create extra space
between the TV and TV brackets.
Assemble the Wall Plate [01] and [02]
- Loosen 4 preassembled bolts [S1] using Phillips screwdriver and keep for the use in 2-2.
- Secure the right wall plate [01] to the left wall plate [02] by tightening the bolts [S1].
Attach the Wall Plate [01] and [02] to Wall
- For wood stud installation, follow STEP 3A.
- For concrete installation, follow STEP 3B
Wood Stud Option
WARNING:
- Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! Do not use a drill for tightening the lag screws! Only use a socket wrench. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate [01] and [02].
- DO NOT USE THE ANCHOR [A2] FOR THIS STEP!
- Ensure the wall plate [01] and [02] is securely fastened to the wall before continuing to the next step.
- Any material covering the wall must not exceed 5/8” (16mm).
- Nominal wood stud size: common 2 x 4” (51 x 102mm) minimum 1 1/2 x 3 1/2” (38 x 89mm).
- Stud center must be verified.
Use a stud finder (NOT included) to locate wood studs or use an awl (NOT included) to verify the edges. Mark the edge and center locations
Position the wall plate [01] and [02] at your desired height and line up the holes with your stud center line. Level the wall plate [01] and [02] and mark the holes.
Drill 4 pilot holes using a 7/32” (5.5mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is NOT less than 2 3/4” (70mm).
Install the wall plate [01] and [02] using lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate [01] and [02]. Do not over-tighten the lag screws [A1].
Solid Concrete or Concrete Block Option
WARNING:
- Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! Do not use a drill for tightening the lag screws! Only use a socket wrench. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate [01] and [02].
- Ensure the wall plate [01] and [02] is securely fastened to the wall before continuing to the next step.
- Mount the wall plate [01] and [02] directly onto the concrete surface.
- Anything covering the wall must not exceed 5/8” (16mm).
- Minimum solid concrete thickness: 8” (203mm).
- Minimum concrete block size: 8 x 8 x 16” (203 x 203 x 406mm).
- Never drill into the mortar between blocks.
Position the wall plate [01] and [02] at your desired height, level the wall plate [01] and [02] and mark the pilot hole locations.
Drill 4 pilot holes using a 3/8” (10mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is NOT less than 3” (75mm). NEVER drill into the mortar between the blocks.
Use the hammer to knock anchors [A2] into the wall. Be sure the anchors [A2] are seated flush with the concrete surface.
Install wall plate [01] and [02] using lag screws [A1]. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate [01] and [02]. Do not over-tighten the lag screws [A1].
Verify TV Plate Installation by Putting Pressure on TV
Before attaching the TV to the mount, please try to pull down the TV wall
mount with your hands to check whether it is firmly secured.
Adjust Tilt Angle of TV
Slightly loosen 4 preassembled tilt tension bolts [S] in brackets [03] and
[04]. Adjust the hooks [H] to your desired angle. Then tighten tilt tension
bolts [S] with a Phillips screwdriver (NOT Included) and a wrench (not
included) to fix the tilting angle of the TV.
Secure the TV onto the Wall Plate [01] and [02]
- Hang the TV with brackets [03] and [04] onto the wall plate [01] and [02].
- While pulling and holding both ropes [R] , press the bottom of the TV into the wall plate [01] and [02] until the latches lock the wall plate [01] and [02], then release the ropes [R].
HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step
Remove the TV

Disconnect all cables, pull down and hold both ropes [R] while gently pulling the bottom of the TV away from the wall.
CAUTION : Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! To prevent breaking the locking latches, always pull and hold the ropes [R] down while pulling the TV away from the wall. -
Then lift the TV up and remove from the wall plate [01] and [02].
