START CABLES
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Important! Read the user instructions carefully before use. Save them for
future reference, (Translation of the original instructions).
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Make sure the start cables cannot get caught in moving parts on the engine.
- Be careful when handling and connecting batteries. Most car batteries contain corrosive acid and produce oxyhydrogen during charging. Sparking when connecting the cables could cause the battery to explode. Wear safety glasses and safety gloves.

DESCRIPTION
Start cables with built-in overload protection to counteract damage to new and more advanced electronic systems. LED indicator for incorrect connection. Storage case supplied.

USE
1- WARNING!
Read the safety instructions before using the start cables.
IMPORTANT:
If the discharged battery is frozen it should be thawed first before
attempting to start.

Make sure that the ignition is switched off on the car with the discharged battery.

Start the assisting car and allow the engine to idle.

Connect the red positive cable to the positive terminal on the battery in the assisting car and then to the positive terminal on the discharged battery in the other car.

Conned the black negative cable to the negative terminal on the battery in the assisting car and then to a suitable earth on the other car. It can be actual earth, an earth wire, an unpainted screw, etc.
NOTE: In cars with the battery placed in the boot, there can be a plus connection in the engine compartment. It is often covered by a black cap marked with a plus sign. -
Start the car with the discharged battery and let it idle for a few minutes. Disconnect the cables in the reverse order.
