Warnings for use
- Do not use this device in combination with other electronic medical devices, such as pacemakers, artificial hearts and lungs, and other life functions maintenance and monitor devices.
- The use of this device in combination with other high frequency sur-gical appliances can cause burns and damages to the massager. Consult a doctor before using this device in case of pregnancy, high skin sensitivity, heart or cardiovascular diseases, tumors, or other medical conditions or chronic diseases that require periodic medical assistance.
- Do not use this device under the shower, while bathing and/or sleeping.
- This device cannot be used by children and/or by individuals with reduced physical, psychological, or sensory capabilities.
- This device cannot be used by individuals who are insensible to heat and/or with skin perception issues.
- Do not immerse in water or other liquids.
Tips for use
- This massager is designed to ergonomically adapt to the neck area, to ensure correct stimulation of the area adjacent to the cervical vertebrae.
- It is advisable to use this device twice a day, for max.15 minutes per session.
- Before use, it is better to slightly wet the skin on the neck area (with warm water or water-based gel or cream), to ensure the perfect adhesion of the electrodes to the skin.
- The intensity of the electric impulses should be gradually set, star-ting from the lowest level 1, and slowly increasing to the next levels, always paying attention to your own needs and feelings; if the mas-sage does not feel right or creates discomfort, it is better to lower the intensity level or to change massage mode.
- If the skin is not hydrated enough, or if the electrodes are not tou-ching the skin, it is possible to see a small rash on the skin, which will generally disappear in 1-2 days.

Charging
Before first use, it is better to fully charge the device. Insert the USB
cable inside the connector, and connect the massager to a charging device
(powerbank, laptop, etc.) or to a USB adapter (not included). The LED
indicator’s blue light will flash during charging, and it will stay on when
charging is complete.
Disconnect the USB cable from the massager once charging is completed.
If the LED indicator flashes during operation of the device, this me-ans the
battery is running out; proceed to charge it as described above.
Operation
Before use, it is better to slightly wet the skin on the neck area (with warm
water or water-based gel or cream), to ensure the perfect adhesion of the
electrodes to the skin, and to avoid rashes. Press the ON/OFF key for a few
seconds to activate the device. The device is equipped with a guide voice that
will indicate selected mode and intensity level.
When switched on, the device will start operating in auto mode: the blue LED
indicator is on, and the guide voice states “Mode 1” (mode one); the device
operates combining all other 5 massage modes available, alternating them in
cycles of 1 minute.
By pressing the ON/OFF key, it is possible to select the desired massage mode, the guide voice will state the selected mode (Mode 1 – mode one, Mode 2 – mode two, Mode 3

On time (s) indicated switch-on time cycle in seconds (contraction). Off time (s) indicates switch-off time cycle in seconds (relaxation). * There are 2 individual rounds in cycle 3 and 6.
- The off-time is 10 seconds for every 2nd round in cycles 3 and 6.
- To adjust pulse intensity, rotate the intensity selection knob (clockwi-se to increase intensity, counter clockwise to reduce it). For heating function, press the heating function
- key, the low heating setting will activate (temperature between 38 and 41° C); by pressing the key again, the max heating level will activate (temperature between 42 and 45°C); press the key once again to deactivate heating function. To switch the device off, press the ON/OFF key for a few seconds, until the blue LED indicator will turn off.
- Note: the device automatically shuts off after 15 minutes of continuous operation
- Cleaning and maintenance
- Make sure that the device is off and disconnected from USB cable before proceeding with cleaning.
- Remove any dust and/or stain found on the device using a soft cloth slightly dampened with warm water.
Warning: do not immerse in water or other liquids; do not use solvents or other detergents
- Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, preferably inside its box.

The crossed out “wheeled bin” symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation, that when you dispose of the appliance, it must be separately collected.
GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE
This appliance has been checked in the factory. From the date of original purchase a 24 month guarantee applies to material and production defects. The purchase receipt and the guarantee cer-tificate must be submitted together in case of claim to guarantee. The guarantee is valid only with a guaranty certificate and pro-of of purchase (fiscal receipt) indicating the date of purchase and the model of the appliance
For any technical assistance, please contact directly the seller or our head office in order to preserve the appliance’s efficiency and NOT TO void the guarantee. Any intervention on this appliance by non-authorized persons will automatically void the guarantee.
GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
If the appliance shows defects as a result of faulty material and/or
production during the period of guarantee, we guarantee repair free of charge
on condition that:
- The appliance has been used properly and for the purpose for which it has been intended.
- The appliance has not been tampered with, otherwise it is not maintainable.
- The purchase receipt shall be presented.
- The appliance showing a fair wear and tear shall not be covered by this guarantee.
Therefore, any part that could be accidentally broken or having visible signs of use in consumable products (such as lamps, batte-ries, heating elements…) the aesthetic parts are excluded from the guarantee, and any defect whatsoever resulting from non-respect of the rules for use, negligence in usage and/or maintenance of the appliance, carelessness, wrong or improper installation, damage during transport and any other damage not attributable the supplier. For every defect that could not be repaired within the guarantee period, the appliance will be replaced free of charge.
In any case, if the part to be replaced for defect, breakage or mal-function
is an accessory and/or a detachable part of the product, Beper reserves the
right to replace only the very part in question and not the entire product For
