CHARGING YOUR HALO BOLT ACDC MAX

  1. Plug the included USB-C Cable into the corresponding port, as shown below.
  2. Connect the other end to the included 10W USB Charger and plug into an outlet, as illustrated. Charging will begin automatically.

While charging, the Digital Display will illustrate the charge percentage. When fully charged, the digital screen will indicate 100%. (Full charge could take up to 6 hours).
Once charging is complete, disconnect the cable and enjoy!

JUMP STARTING

  1. Connect the included jumper cables into the Jump Start Output Port.

  1. Attach the jumper cable clamps to the vehicle battery.

  2. Red clamp on positive terminal (+)

  3. Black clamp on negative terminal (-)

  4. Press the Jump Start button and wait for the solid green light.
    NOTE: A flashing green light indicates safety checks are in progress.

  5. Start your vehicle.

  6. Disconnect the jumper cable clamps from the vehicle battery. NOTE: Do not touch the red (positive) and black (negtaive) clamps together at any point.

    • If your vehicle does not start after three attempts, please consult a certified mechanic.
    • The jump start function can not be used in conjunction with USB charging or AC outlet. Do not use when attempting to jump start your vehicle.
    • The HALO BOLT ACDC MAX is designed to allow a jump start when used within a safe temperature range. A “TEMP” indicator will be illustrated on the Digital Display if used outside of the temperature operating range.

AIR COMPRESSOR

  1. Plug one end of the included DC to DC cable into the BOLT ACDC MAX DC output port.

  1. Plug the other end into the DC input port of the Air Compressor.

  2. Connect the air hose to the valve stem, as illustrated.

  3. Press the USB/DC Power Button to power the Air Compressor.

  4. Press the Power ON/OFF Button on the Air Compressor to begin inflating.

The Air Compressor can also be powered using the included 10 ft Air Compressor Cord.

  1. Plug the DC end of the 10 ft Air Compressor Cord into the Air Compressor.
  2. Plug the car charger end into your vehicle 12V Output Plug.

Vehicle 12V Output

  1. Connect the air hose to a valve stem.
  2. Press the Power ON/OFF Button on the Air Compressor to begin inflating.

USB CHARGING

  1. Connect the standard USB cable that came with your electronic deviceinto the USB 5V/2.4A output port.

  2. Turn on the USB charging by pressing the USB Power Button. The Digital Display will indicate that the device is being charged.

HALO SMART CHARGE TECHNOLOGY

Our SMART CHARGE TECHNOLOGY achieves higher compatibility for charging standard USB electronic devices. When using the USB 5V/2.4A port, this technology allows the BOLT ACDC MAX to communicate with your electronic device to provide the fastest and safest charge possible.

CHARGING YOUR LAPTOP

Connect the AC power plug from your laptop (or other electronic device*) into the AC port, as shown below.

*Any electronic device can be powered by the AC port, as long as it is rated at 70 watts or less. Be sure to check that your device is rated at 70 Watts or less.
NOTE: Make sure the AC power plug is fully plugged into the AC
port before pressing the AC Power ON/OFF Button.

Press the AC Power Button to begin charging.

USING YOUR FLOODLIGHT

To activate the floodlight, simply press the floodlight ON/OFF button. The first press will turn on the floodlight. The second press will turn on the red floodlight. And the third press will turn on the red S.O.S. light mode. The floodlight can be turned off by pressing the button a fourth time; otherwise, the floodlight will automatically turn off after 2 hours of inactivity.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS / MOVING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

CAUTION – Read all safety information before using this product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electrical shock, explosion, fire which may result in serious injuries, death or property damage.

  • Read all instructions before using the product.
  • When used correctly, lithium-ion rechargeable batteries provide a safe and dependable source of portable power. However, if they are misused or abused, this may result in leakage, burns, fire or explosion, causing personal injury or damage to other devices.
  • Misusing or incorrectly connecting your HALO BOLT ACDC MAX may cause electric shock to users and damage equipment.
  • Do not operate in explosive atmospheres such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust.
  • Remove jump start clamps from vehicle battery after jump starting vehicle.
  • Keep dry and away from moisture and corrosive materials. This product should not be used near water or wet areas such as bathtubs, showers, bathrooms, sinks, swimming pools or basements.
  • Do not expose to moisture, water, rain, or snow.
  • Keep away from heat sources, including open flames, radiators, stoves, ovens, and any other devices that product heat.
  • The lithium-ion rechargeable battery used in this charging device may present a risk of fire or chemical burn if mistreated. Do not expose to fire or excessive temperature. Do not expose to heat above 212°F (100°C) or incinerate.
  • In the unlikely event of leakage or explosion use sand or a chemical fire extinguisher. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
  • HALO BOLT ACDC MAX may become warm under extended high power operation. Do not cover, wrap, or otherwise restrict during operation.
  • Do not disassemble the HALO BOLT ACDC MAX. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Incorrect reassembly may result in shock or fire hazard.
  • Do not drop or subject to strong impacts. Do not operate if the unit has received a sharp blow, or has otherwise been damaged in any way.
  • Do not puncture, crush or subject to mechanical shock.
  • Do not use with extension cords.
  • Do not exceed electrical ratings.
  • Do not place any foreign objects between your device and the wireless charger’s surface, including metal pads on a car mount, magnetic cards, door keys, coins, NFC cards or other metal objects, as they could potentially demagnetize the wireless charger, affect the charging speed, or cause overheating.
  • Wireless chargers make charging more convenient than wired chargers, but confined by current wireless technology, their charging speed is slower than that of wired chargers.
  • Do not operate the power pack with a damaged cord or plug, or a damaged output cable.
  • This product and its accessories are not toys and should be kept away from children.
  • To reduce risk of damage to the electric plug and cord, pull the plug rather than the cord when disconnecting the power pack.
  • Make sure the jumper cables are fully plugged into the jump start output before trying to jumpstart your vehicle.
  • Do not touch red (positive) and black (negative) jumper clamps together at any point.
  • Do not insert any foreign object into the ports or openings.
  • Do not clean with harsh chemicals, soaps or detergents. Just wipe the unit with a soft cloth.
  • When charging the internal battery, do so in a well-ventilated area and do not restrict ventilation in any way.
  • Make sure the charging ports do not become contaminated with lint or other debris. Use a canned-air type of product periodically to ensure that the port openings are clear.
  • When using the air compressor, always check and follow the manufacturer’s recommended pressure. Use caution as the air hose and connectors may get hot after extended use.
  • Batteries should be recycled or disposed of as per state and local guidelines.
