WARNING
The manufacturer has made every effort to eliminate any sharp edges.
However, you should handle all components with care to avoid accidental
injury.
CAUTION
- Appliance intended for outdoor use only.
- Unattended cooking leads to cooking fires.
- Improper use can cause uncontrolled fire. To reduce fire risk: use only foodgrade 100% natural hardwood pellets.
- This appliance is intended to burn food-grade pellet fuel only.
- Operate only per manufacturer’s instructions.
- Never use gasoline or lighter fluid.
- Always store wood pellets away from heat-producing appliances and other fuel containers.
- Keep the appliance clean – see instruction manual for cleaning and proper operation.
- If fire occurs: call fire department. DO NOT try to move appliance, try to smother fire, or put water on fire.
NOTICE: Before assembly, make sure all parts are present. If any part is
missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the appliance. Contact customer
service for replacement parts at 1-833-572-1688.
BATTERY NOT INCLUDED. Requires (1) 12-volt 5Ah Rechargeable Lithium-ion
Battery Pack for auger and igniter.

Remove all packaging materials from pellet grill. Set end cap pads aside for Step 2.
Attach lid handle assembly.
Attach lid handle using (2) M6 x 15mm screws.

Add end cap pads from packaging to grill before leg assembly.
Attach legs.
Attach legs using (8) M6 x 12mm screws.
Install grease plate.
Install searing
damper linkage.
Install searing damper linkage using (1) M6 shoulder screw and (1) jam nut.
a) Insert damper linkage into housing. b) Secure linkage to sear plate using
- M6 shoulder screw. c) Screw jam nut onto damper linkage. d) Screw on damper handle. e) Back jam nut toward handle to set handle in place.
Install support wire to warming rack with longer leg on left.
Place warming rack,
cooking grid and grease cup.
