Important Reminders
- The charger only supports magnetic attachment with a careless iPhone with MagSafe, an official MagSafe case, an ESR HaloLock™ case, or a standard case with a HaloLock™ Universal Ring. It may not attach to other magnetic cases. It will not attach to any other non-magnetic phones or cases. (Over time, the charger may leave a faint circular mark on the back of your phone that can be easily cleaned with an alcohol wipe.)
- This charger supports an input of 9V 2A and outputs a maximum of 15W. The maximum output supported by iPhone is 7.5W.
- Only use the cable provided with the charger. An Apple cable or other third-party cable may interfere with charging.
- For maximum charging speed, use a charging adapter compatible with QC (Quick Charge) 2.0/3.0 or PD (Power Delivery) fast charging.
- The charger must be connected to a power source to begin wireless charging.
Safety Warnings
- Do not place the device in temperatures below 0°C (32°F) or above 60°C (140°F).
- Do not attempt to disassemble the device, expose it to an open flame, or submerge it in water to avoid damaging the device.
- Always check for damage to the device, cables, or other accessories before using the device. If damaged, do not use the device.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device in any way, as it may cause serious damage and void the warranty.
- Do not expose the device to extremely hot, humid, or corrosive environments to avoid damaging the device.
