1. Ensure that your phone supports wireless charging and that there are no credit cards,stands, or other attachments on the back that will intertere with charging.
2.After checking the above, unplug and plug in the charging cable again to resume normal charging.
Important Reminders -
This charger will only attach toa caseless iPhone with MagSafe, an official MagSafe case,ESR HaloLock case, or a standard case with a HalbLock Universal Ring it may not attach to other magnetic cases.

It will not attach to any other no-magnetic phones or cases.

The charger outputs 7.5W or 5W. The maximum output supported by an iPhone is 7.5W.
For maximum charging speed, use included cable and an adapter compatible with
OC (Quick Charge) 2.0/3.0 or PD (Power Delivery) fast charging.
