  • When the fluid leaking from the battery by any chance adheres to your body, Should the fluid come into contact with your eyes, please rinse with clean water and go to a doctor for further treatment.

• When not using the electric power drive, please turn off the switch .

  • This product is an electric apparatus. Although certain waterproof measure is processed, please do not use this product in the water.
  • The battery discharges by itself. Please charge the battery once every three month even when the unite is not in use.
  • When an abnormality, such as smoking and smelling, is found by any chance, please turn off the power immediately.
  • Please dispose this product in accordance with local ordinances.
  • In the case of disposing the battery, please follow local regulation.

Power cut function/Lockable

How to assemble

When assembling this product or adjusting the brake, please use the attached screwdriver, wrench and two spanners. Major components of this product are already assembled to facilitate the assembling process. Please be cautious when taking those assemblies from the carton.

♦ The body frame, the front wheel, the pallet frame, the harness ,the brake wire and controller case are already assembled.
♦  1-2-3 (refer to the drawing below) are already mounted on the handle frame.
♦ Rear wheel is already relatively mounted on the rear wheel frame.
♦ The battery is already mounted to the body frame.

1. Insert red-painted portion of the rear wheel frames into the body frame, and then firmly fix them with resin screws from beneath.

2. Insert the handle frame (already assembled with 1-2-3) into the body frame and align holes at the handle frame with holes at the body frame.
   Then firmly fix them with bolts and nuts. Please be cautious not to pull the harness and the wire.

3. The height of the handles are adjustable to meet your preference. Please avoid pulling the wire and harness when adjusting the height.

4. Align holes at the carrier pipe with holes at the carrier frame and then firmly fix them with bolts and nuts. The carrier bucket is to be fixed to the carrier frame in the same manner.

5. Insert the right, left and front carrier pipe frames into right-side, left-side, and frontside pipe holders of the carrier pipe body. Then firmly fix them with resin screws.

6. The assembling process is completed.

1. Please assembled to the body frame the wheel frame after the rear wheel is mounted.
   Please insert red painted parts of the rear wheel frame to hide.

2. Please insert the main body frame handle, To match the position of the handle hole, please through the bolt.
   Through the flat washer, a spring washer from the bottom, please tighten the nut 1 and 2 are already installed.
   Please be careful not to pull on the wire and harness.

3. The height of the handle can be adjusted in three stages 31in,33in, 35in.Please fix firmly with resin knob bolt align the holes and grooves in the handle.
   Please be careful not to pull on the wire and harness.

4. Please fix it to the frame with banding band harness and wire. Please note harness and wire so that it does not pull when you move the carrier frame and a handle.

Method for assembling the carrier pipe (PCO10) and the carrier bucket carrier(PC020)

• After completing the assembling of the body frame, align holes provided at the carrier pipe relatively with holes provided at the carrier frame and then fix them with bolts and nuts.
• Inserted into the receptacle of the carrier body pipe carrier frame.(Right/Left/Front) Insert it into part of the black until hide. And secure by tightening the resin bolt .
• Attach the carrier bucket to the carrier frame with round head screw.

6. Pipe carrier(small) Mounting method is the same as <(PC 010)>

7. Backet(Big size) There are two kinds to a big bucket. An additional frame is necessary to install a big bucket(R).

8. Rear stand
This is the same as the method of mounting the rear wheel frame.

How to operate & Attention for use

1. Please turn the power key. Battery level indicator will light.

2. Please check the forward/reverse selector switch.
   The speed of the Power Cat will be able to select a high speed / low speed switch on the controller case.

3. Grasp the brake lever, to remove the lock by removing the stopper.

4. Speed adjustment grip will return to 0 automatically when you release the hand, front wheel stops.

5. Brake if you hold the brake lever.
   Motor power is a state of being cut in the state that holds the brake lever.

6. Should be done after you stop whenever you switch the forward/reverse selector switch. When you change to a forward/reverse selector Switch in the reverse or forward, the motor will stop safety device is activated. Please restart it back to 0 speed adjustment grip.

7. If you do not want to drive electric, turn off the power key always.

8. When you are finished using and when away from the Power Cat, please lock the brake always.

9. The height of the handle can be adjusted in three stages 31in,33in,35in.
   Please fix firmly with resin knob bolt align the holes and grooves in the handle.

10. You can handle the left and right loosening the fixing bolt to rotate inward.

11. Please carrier frame lock is always in use. When you release the carrier frame lock, holding the carrier frame by hand. Please weight within the range lifted the carrier frame with one hand on the loading platform.
    Do not piled unevenly to the forward baggage. It may carrier frame fall forward.
    When lifting the carrier frame, please lock the stopper of the brake lever.
    When the load is biased toward the handle side, front wheel are more likely to float in the uphill.

12. Rear wheel width can be adjusted between 16in-25in.
    When you expand, please do not remove from the body frame pipe red painted parts of the rear wheel frame.
    Please be the same length as the left and right rear wheel frame.

13. Pipe carrier frame can be extended to 4in each front, left and right side. Is secure in the resin knob bolt from below the carrier frame. Carrier frame can be folded down.
    When folding the carrier frame, should be done in a state in which the hinge of the carrier frame is out of the main body frame pipe.
    Please stop at the position where the black paint color of the carrier frame is covered in body pipe.

14. Front wheel is a tubeless tire. Please use in a range of 250kpa-300kpa air pressure of the tire.
    Please consult your dealer for puncture repair.

15. Please adjust the length of the wire in the brake caliper unit, and then tune the adjustment screw on the brake lever brake adjustment.
    Please consult your dealer for adjustment of the brake disc and brake caliper.

(2) Battery Charging

• Please fully charged before use.

• Please charged with the supplied charger.

• Please charge the battery for 8 hours purchasing this product.

• The battery can be charged in a manner where the battery is mounted on the carrier body or in a manner where the battery case is detached therefrom.

• When charging the battery, insert the charging jack of the battery charger into the charging port of the battery case, and then insert the plug of the battery charger into household power outlet (1LO00V ~ 240V),.
  The red LED lights during the battery charging, while the green LED light when the charging is completed. The battery is fully charged about in 10 hours.

• Battery will seif-discharge.

• What the voltage of the battery is too much drop, the charge properly due to deterioration in the performance of the battery, there is a possibility that the discharge can be.

• Please charge the battery once every two month even when not using it for a long period of time.

• If the charge is not complete even after 12 hours or more, the charging lump does not light during charging, can be seen abnormal heat generation in the charger, stop charging and disconnect the outlet plug of the charger immediately.

• Shoud be done indoors airy charge.(32°F ~ 104°F)
