Important Reminders
- The power bank only supports magnetic attachment with a caseless iPhone with MagSafe, an official MagSafe case, an ESR HalolLockTM case, or a standard case with a HaloLockTM Universal Ring. It may not attach to other magnetic cases. It will not attach to any other non-magnetic phones or cases.
- While the power bank is being charged, it can still wirelessly charge your phone. The maximum output of the power bank is 10W for wireless charging. The USB-C port has a maximum input of 18W and a maximum output of 20W.
