1. If an error is detected:
   Ensure that your phone supports wireless charging and that there are no credit cards, stands, or other attachments on the back that will interfere with charging.

2. After checking the above, unplug and plug in the charging cable again to resume normal charging.

Important Reminders

1. Use included adapter to power charger.
2. Do not use at an altitude of more than 2,000 m (6,560 ft) above sea level.
3. The watch stand is only compatible with an official Apple Watch charging cable (1 m).
4. Maximum output is 7.5W for iPhone and 5W for AirPods. The USB-A and USB-C ports for the Apple Watch charger have a maximum output of 5W.
5. The AirPods charging pad supports magnetic wireless charging for AirPods charging cases with MagSafe. AirPods charging cases that support wireless charging but do not have MagSafe can be charged wirelessly but will not magnetically attach.
6. The phone charging pad only supports magnetic attachment with a caseless iPhone with MagSafe, an official MagSafe case, an ESR HaloLock™ case, or a standard case with a HaloLock™ Universal Ring. It may not attach to other magnetic cases. It will not attach to any other non-magnetic phones or cases.

1. Do not place the device in temperatures below 0°C (32°F) or above 60°C (140°F).
2. Do not expose the device to an open flame, or submerge it in water to avoid damaging the device.
3. Always check for damage to the device, cables, or other accessories before using the device. If damaged, do not use the device.
4. Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device in any way, as it may cause serious damage and void the warranty.
5. Do not expose the device to corrosive liquids, or high humidity as they will seriously damage the device and void the warranty.
