Product Overview
Instructions
The magnetic charging pad is equipped with a magnetic ring. t will magnetically attach to phones compatible with this feature to ensure they stay perfectly aligned with the charger. Using the magnetic ring with a case on requires a case with a corresponding magnetic ring.
Light Indicator
If an error is detected, please check the following:
- Your phone supports wireless charging.
- Your phone does not have any credit cards, stands, or other metal attachments on the back (other than the magnetic ring).
After checking the above, unplug and plug in the charging cable again to resume normal charging.
Important Reminders
- For maximum charging speed, use the cable and adapter included with this charger.If using a third-party cable or adapter, ensure they are compatible with Quick Charge 2.0/3.0.
- This charger is not compatible with cases thicker than 5 mm.
