THIS APPLIANCE IS FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY

WARNING – To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury. Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

  • This vacuum can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the vacuum in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  • Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the vacuum.
  • Do not immerse your vacuum into water or liquid.
  • Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts of the vacuum and its accessories.
  • Do not use with damaged cable or plug.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by Kogan.com, its service agent or qualified person to avoid a hazard.
  • Please dispose of the battery safely.
  • The batteries can only be replaced by the trained person.
  • Do not burn the vacuum even though damaged seriously because the battery could be exploded on the fire.
  • In the case of excessive force, liquid may spill from the battery, avoid touching the liquid, please flush with water if accident happen. If the fluid goes into your eyes, ask for medical help. The spilled liquid may cause pain or burns.
  • Charge only with the charger specified by Kogan.com. A charger suitable for one type of battery pack can cause a fire when mixed with another.
  • The battery must be removed from the unit before disposal.
  • Do not use damaged power cords or chargers.
  • If the vacuum does not work properly or has been dropped on the ground to be damaged, left outside or dropped in water, do not attempt to operate it and have it repaired at an authorised service centre.
  • Use only the type and amount of liquids specified as instruction.
  • Liquid must not be directed towards equipment containing electrical components.
  • Do not pull or carry by cable, use cable as a handle, close door on cable or pull cable around sharp edges or corners.
  • Do not unplug by pulling on cable
  • To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cable.
  • Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
  • Do not short-circuit the output terminal of the battery string or charger base.
  • Do not charge the device outdoors.
  • When removing the battery, disconnect the power supply of the device.
  • Do not charge, disassemble, heat (above 60 °C) or burn waste batteries.
  • Please dispose of the discarded battery in time.
  • Keep the battery out of reach of children.
  • Do not put battery in mouth. If swallowed by mistake, contact your physician or local poison control centre.
  • To reduce the risk of injury from moving parts, assemble the brush cover correctly in place before operation.
  • Do not put any object into openings.
  • Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair and anything that may reduce air flow.
  • Turn off all controls before unplugging.
  • Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
  • Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as petrol or use in areas where they may be present.
  • Do not suck toxic material (chlorine bleach, ammonia, drain cleaner, etc.)
  • Do not use vacuum in an enclosed space filled with vapours given off by oil base paint, some mothproofing substances, flammable dust or other explosive or toxic vapours.
  • Do not suck hard or sharp objects such as glass, nails, screws, coins, etc.
  • Do not use to sweep up burning or smoking objects, such as cigarettes and matches.
  • Install the filter in proper before starting the vacuum.
  • Do not use it outside of houses.
  • Do not store the vacuum in places where icing may occur.
  • Do not expose to rain. Store indoors.
  • Use only manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
  • Do not allow to be used as a toy.
  • Keep vacuum on a level surface.
  • Please use the cleaning solution specified by manufacturer and use it in the specified proportion. Cleaning fluids that are not approved by manufacturer may cause damage and injury to users, the environment and parts inside the fuselage.
  • Prevent accidental start. Make sure the switch is in the off position before lifting or handling the unit.
  • Do not use damaged or modified devices. Damaged or modified batteries can behave in unpredictable ways, resulting in a risk of fire, explosion or injury.
  • Do not expose the device to flame or excessive temperature. Exposure to flame or temperature above 130°C may cause explosion.
  • Please follow all charging instructions and do not charge the device outside the temperature range specified in the instructions. Improper charging or charging outside the specified temperature range can cause battery damage and increase the risk of fire.
  • Repair work must be conducted by qualified personnel and use only the same spare parts. This ensures sustainable product safety.
  • Do not modify or attempt to repair the device unless expressly stated in the instructions for use and maintenance.
  • Keep the temperature between 4°C and 40°C during battery charging, device storage or device use.
  • If storing or not using the vacuum for a long time, it’s important to ensure the battery is kept charged. Charge the battery every three months.
  • Do not use without water tank or filters in place.
  • Do not carry the appliance with your finger on the switch, or power on the appliance with the switch on.
  • Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
  • Do not run appliance over cord.
  • Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
  • Plastic film can be dangerous. Keep away from children to avoid danger of suffocation.
  • Use only as described in this user guide.

GETTING STARTED

Cleaning brush

A brush at one end, which can be used to clean the stubborn dirt attached to the inner wall of the sewage tank.

The other end is a rotating blade that can be used to clean the tangled hairs on the rolling brush.

Handle assembly and disassembly

Assembly: Upon removing from the packaging, your vacuum cleaner will be in two separate parts. To assemble the vacuum, insert the handle into body as directed by the arrow until a “CLICK” sound is heard.

Disassembly: To disassemble the handle for storage, use a tool like a screwdriver (not supplied) to insert into the round hold at the back of the vacuum (see image below) while raising the handle up vertically.

Charging vacuum

Note:
Ensure the vacuum has been sufficiently charged before first use.

Connect the adapter to a wall socket and turn on. Place vacuum on the base, then plug the adapter into the charging port (see below) to charge; the indicator light will be solid red while charging.

It will take about 4-6 hours to fully charge the vacuum. After it is fully charged, the indicator light will turn off.

Fill clean water tank

Note:
Only the clean water tank shall be filled with water, not the waste water tank.

Hold the vacuum with one hand and press the release button for the clean water tank with the other hand. Remove the clean water tank. Open the sealing cover of the clean water tank, fill the tank with tap water and close the sealing cover.
Install the clean water tank with the sealing cover inwards on to the machine until a “click” is heard.

DO NOT USE BOILING WATER – MAXIMUM 60°C.
DO NOT HEAT WATER OR TANK IN MICROWAVE.

OPERATION

Power on and cleaning

To prepare the vacuum for cleaning, place one foot on the floor brush and pull the handle back on an incline until a click is heard. The vacuum will now be ready for operation.
Press the power button to turn the vacuum on and start low-speed mode, the indicator will show a solid blue when on. Press the power button again to turn the machine off.
Press the Speed button to toggle to high-speed mode, and button again to toggle to rapid suction mode. In this mode the water pump will not spray water, and the indicator will flash a blue light.

Self-cleaning function

After completing the cleaning process, press and hold the self-cleaning button for two seconds to start the self-cleaning process, which may be completed in 40 seconds. To turn off self-cleaning, press the self-cleaning or power buttons.

CLEANING & CARE

Emptying dirty water tank & cleaning the filter

Notes:

  • Make sure to clean your dirty tank and let all components dry out after each use to keep your product at its best.
  • After cleaning, place the vacuum on the base in a location not exposed to direct sunlight or moisture.

To ensure the performance of the vacuum, ensure it is regularly maintained. Before cleaning the vacuum, power it off first. When using water or neutral detergent to clean the vacuum, make sure that the cleaning cloth is dry to prevent water from entering the electric elements of the vacuum.

  1. Remove the waste water tank by pushing the tank release button in while pulling the tank outwards at the same time.

  2. Hold the tank with one hand and pull up the upper cover of the waste water tank with the other hand.

  3. Empty the tank and use the cleaning brush to remove any deposited stains (if any) on the inner wall of the tank.

  4. Remove the sponge filter from the waste water tank and check if the float is caught by any foreign matter.

  5. After removing the sponge filter, rinse the tank with clean water and fully dry it before reassembling it back in the same way.

  6. A click will indicate the successful installation of the waste water tank.

Notes:

  • It is recommended to clean and dry the rolling brush cover and rolling brush timely after each use to ensure the cleanliness of the machine.
  • Any stains on the nozzle shall be cleans with a wet rag. Do not flush with water.
  1. Take the floor brush cover off by pressing the snaps as shown in the below image.

  2. Pull the lever at the left end of the rolling brush to remove the rolling brush.

  3. Clean the rolling brush completely.

  4. Use clean water to wash the rolling brush and its cover.

  5. After the cleaning is completed, pinch the brush lever with one hand, align the other side of the brush with the right end cover, then put the lever end into the slot.
    The brush is successfully installed. If the machine is not used immediately, the brush can be placed in a ventilated place to dry before installation.

  6. After cleaning, align the snapshot on both ends of the brush cover with the slots on both ends of the brush, rotate and press the brush cover lever until a click could be heard.

Ensure the vacuum has been turned off before removing the roller brush cover.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  • The clean water tank is not installed properly

  • The float of the waste water tank is caught by any foreign matter
  • The filter of the waste water tank is not dried after cleaning and using

  • Dry the filter after cleaning and using the vacuum

**** Water leakage at the bottom of the floor brush|

  • The waste wat er tank or its filter is not installed
