FAQ
Phone Not Charging Consistently:
- Ensure the case isn’t too thick and remove metal objects around the phone.
- Adjust the phone to the correct charging position on the station.
- If issues persist, unplug and plug back in the charging adapter after a few moments.
AirPods Not Charging:
- AirPods 3rd gen or AirPods Pro with MagSafe cases are compatible.
- 1st/2nd/3rd gen AirPods with Lightning cases are not supported.
- Check your AirPods package or order to confirm wireless charging support.
Watch Not Charging:
- If the watch is not charging, unplug and plug back in the charging adapter after a few moments.
- Update the watch software through the Watch app on your phone by navigating to General > Software Update.
