WARNING!
The air supply to the compressor must be disconnected if an air hose breaks or is damaged. A broken air hose is extremely dangerous and can rotate at great speed, causing injury to persons nearby and blowing foreign objects into the air.Do not attempt to catch the hose, evacuate all onlookers from the risk area, turn off the air supply, switch off the compressor with the ON/OFF switch and then remove the hose from the compressor.

The declared values for vibration and noise, which have been measured according to a standardised test method, can be used to compare different tools with each other and for a preliminary assessment of exposureThe measurement values have been determined in accordance with EN 1012-1 :2010.

WARNING!
The actual vibration and noise level when using tools may differ from the specified maximum value, depending on how the tool is used and the material. It is therefore necessary to determine which safety precautions are required to protect the user, based on an estimate of exposure in actual operating conditions (taking into account all stages of the work cycle, e.g. the time when the tool is switched off and when it is idling, in addition to the start- up time).

USE

Never exceed the nominal pressure for the product, as specified by the manufacturer. If the product is used for inflation, always follow the instructions for maximum inflation pressure from the manufacturer of the inflatable product.Only use hoses, connections, accessories, and tools etc. adapted for the product. The product is intended for running small and medium sized compressed air tools such as air nozzles, air guns, tyre nozzles etc.

INSERTING/REMOVING THE BATTERY

For more detailed charging instructions, see the instructions for the battery and charger.

  1. Check that the product is sw itched off (power sw itch in OFF pos ition).
  2. FIt a ful ly charged battery as shown (A).
  3.  Check that the battery is locked in place before use.
  4.  Press the lock (B) to remove the batte ry from the product.

CONNECTING/DISCONNECTING AIR HOSE

  1. Check that the product is switched off and that the batte ry is disconnected.
  2. Turn the pressure regulato r dial (2) al the way anticlockwise, so that the output pressure is set to o bar.
  3. Connect the air hose with quick-coupling to the 1/4″ quick-coupling (5) on the product. Check that the quick-coupling on the hose is fully pressed in and locked in the quick-coupling (5) on the product.

When the product is not in use the air hose can be wound up on the hose retainer.Follow the instructions below to disconnect the air hose.

  • Check that the output pressure is O bar. otherwise, release the air until the tank is pressureless.
  • Keep a firm grip on the end of the hose when it is released from the quickcoupling (5).
  • Pull back the sleeve on the quick-coupling.
  • Hold the quick-coupling firmly on the air hose and pull it out of the quick-coupling (5) on the product.
  • Fit the battery.
  • Put the power switch in the ON position to start the product.
  • Put the switch in the OFF position to switch off the product.

NOTE :
When the switch is in the ON position the product starts automatically when the pressure in the air tank drops below the set limit value, and switches off when the set closing pressure is reachedNever exceed the nominal pressure for the product, as specified by the manufacturer. If the product is used for inflation, always follow the instructions for maximum inflation pressure from the manufacturer of the inflatable product.Check that the power switch is switched OFF and that the pressure gauge on the regulator shows O before changing tools and before releasing the air hose from the quick-coupling on the product. Failure to follow these instructions can lead to the risk of serious personal injuryBefore using for the first time, fit a fully charged battery with a capacity of 4.0 Ah and run the product without pressure in the air tank, with the drain valve fully open, for 30 minutes or until the battery is completely discharged (whichever happens first).• Explosion risk! Do not adjust the pressure regulator setting to a higher output pressure than specified for the maximum pressure for the tool and/or the product to be inflated. Never set a higher pressure than 8 bar. Failure to follow these instructions can lead to the risk of serious personal injury.Compressed air tools can be intended for higher air flows than this product can produce. Follow the instructions for the actual tool, otherwise there is a risk of personal injury and/or material damage

  1.  Check that the power switch is switched off and that the battery is disconnected.
  2. Connect the air hose (sold separately) according to the instructions.
  3. Connect the 1/4″ quick-coupling to the tool or accessory to be used.
  4.  Fit the battery.
  5. Set the power switch in the ON position.
  6. Set the required air pressure with the pressure regulator dial. Turn clockwise to increase the pressure, or anticlockwise to reduce it.

NOTE:

  •  Always use the lowest possible pressure for the particular application. Using a higher pressure means that the air tank is emptied quicker, whereby the product is started and switched off more often, which in turn means that the battery is discharged more quickly.
  •  Read all the instructions and safety instructions for the product and the actual tool/accessory.
  • After use, drain off any wa ter from the air tank, sw itch off the product and remove the battery. Never leave the product unattended when it is switched on or running.

Draining

  1.  Switch off the product and remove the battery.
  2.  Turn the safety va lve anticlockwiseto release air from the tank until the pressure gauge shows a pressure less than 1.4 bar.
  3.  Turn the safety va lve clockwise to close it.
  4. Turn the drain va lve go 0 anticlockwise to the ON position (open).
  5.  Tilt the air tank and a llow any water to run out into a su itable container.
  6. If the drain valve is blocked, relieve the pressure in the tank, remove and clean the valve and then replace it.

SAFETY VALVE

  • Never attempt to modify or repair the safety valve. Parts that come loose from the unit can be thrown away and cause fatal personal injury.
  • The safety valve automatically releases air to lower the pressure if the pressure in the tank exceeds the closing pressure. Always check the valve before use by turning it.
  • Drain condensation from the air tank at regular intervals by opening the drainva lve. Relieve the pressure in the air tank and allow the product to cool before opening the drain va lve.
  • If the product is not going to be used forsome time, remove the battery, relieve the pressure in the tank and empty the tank of condensate by opening the dra in va lve.
  • Empty the condensate formed in the tank after about 2 hours of use. Activate theconnected accesso ry to empty the tank. Sw itch off the compressor. Open the drain va
  • in the bottom of the tank 2 turns. Undo the emptying va lve 5 under the compressor two turns. The compressor should be in an upright position. Empty out the water and screw tight the va lve.
  • If the condensate is not drained the tank can corrode, leading to reduced capacity and putting safety at risk.
