About Charging

1. How to Charge this product:
2. Plug the Type-C port of our included charging cable into the Type-C USB input port of the power bank.
3. Plug the other end of our included charging cable (the USB port) into AC adapter or into a power supply device with a USB jack (such as a PC).
4. When charging, the LED lights up and the LED digital display indicates the battery level.
5. When the LED digital display shows “100%”, the battery is fully charged.
6. When charging is complete, remove the power bank from the USB external power supply.

The charging time depends on your AC adapter.

Notice:

Please use 2A or more USB external power device.
Check the orientation of the connector and connect it in the correct direction.
The built-in lithium-ion battery in this product discharges naturally, so we recommend charging it before use.

2. How to charge your device:
3. Take out the charging cable inside the box and connect the corresponding port to the device you need to charge. Plug the other end of the charging cable into the USB or TYPE C port of our power bank.
4. Automatically start charging when the device is connected. While charging, the LED lights up and indicate the battery level of our product.
5. During charging, when the battery allowance of our product is insufficient, the LED will flash.
6. When the charging is complete, disconnect our product and your device.

• When the connection is disconnected, the power of this product is automatically turned off.
• Although this product uses the USB terminal, it does not guarantee all products can be charged by USB.
• Depending on the combination of devices, it may not be possible to charge two device at the same time. In that case, please charge them separately.
• Charging may not start when your device is close to full charge.
• Output current may be limited when the battery level of this product is low.

Tips:

A: Fails to recharge power bank:

1. Check if the connection between the charging cable, adaptor and the socket is loose.
2. Replace a charging cable, adaptor or socket to recharge the power bank.

B: Fails to charge your device:

1. Power bank is low power, please charge it. We recommend that you fully charge the power bank before using it for the first time.
2. Check if the connection between the charging cable and power bank is loose.
3. Replace a charging cable to charge your device.
4. Change the output port to charge your device to see if the port can work.
5. The voltage of being charged device is not compatible with power bank.
6. Please ensure the operate order: Firstly, connect the charging cable with power bank. Secondly, connect the another end of the charging cable with your devices. Finally, press power button to charge your device.

C: When recharging the power bank, the LED digital display is stuck at a certain value (can’t fully recharged):

1. Try A/B steps.
2. If A/8 steps fail, please unplug the charging cable, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 30 seconds until the LED digital display turns to 0% and flashes, then try to recharge the power bank again.

D: When charging the device, the LED digital display directly decreases from a value greater than 10% to 0%:

Please deplete the power of the power bank, then fully recharge the power bank before use it.

Important Safety Instructions

When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed including the following:

1. Store product in a cool and dry place.
2. Do not store the product in hot or humid environments.
3. Do not dispose of the product in heat or fire.
4. Do not clean the product with harmful chemicals or detergents.
5. Please store it out of the reach of little children.
6. Misuse, dropping, or excessive force may cause product damage.
7. Using a power supply or charger that is not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer may result in a risk of fire or personal injury.
8. Do not use connectors once the terminals are bent.
9. When connecting the connector, check the insertion direction and insert the connector directly.
10. Operating temperature should be between 32°Fto 113°F/0°C to 45°C.
11. The power USB interface of this product is specially used for charging and powering USB devices. Please do not use this product for other purposes.
12. If the battery is hot or abnormal, please discontinue use immediately.
13. Do not disassemble the product. Take it to a qualified service person when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or personal injury.
14. If the product is not being used a long time, it should be charged and discharged every three months.
15. The product may/eel warm when charging the device, which is a normal operating situation and should not be a cause for concern.
16. In normal conditions, the battery performance will decline over several years.
17. When disposing of secondary cells or batteries, keep cells or batteries of different electrochemical systems separate from each other.
18. Do not dissolve or reshape. We are not liable for the trouble and inconvenience caused by the decomposing and remodeling.
