use of the product.
Read this user’s manual carefully and ensure that your barbecue is properly
installed, assembled, maintained and serviced in accordance to these
instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious
bodily injury and/or property damage.

In order to reduce the risk of injuries or damages, follow basic safety precautions applied when using any electrical device, including the following:

Place the device on flat, stable and heat resistant surface. Use in upright position only and do not leave unattended.

Do not move the product when in use! Use handles when moving the product. The barbecue and cylinder must be placed on level surface and must not be arried/transferred whilst alight.

Keep the device and its attachments/components away from heat, water, moisture, sharp edges and any other factor which may damage the appliance or its attachments/
components. -
Do not handle/use the device with wet or moist hands.

Do not use the appliance near flammables, explosives or heat sensitive items (petroleum based products, thinners or any other solid object that carries a flammable warning label).

Do not cover the device!

Keep the device away from any obstacles at a minimum distance of 1 meters. Do not place the device up against walls, furniture, curtains, etc. Adequate ventilation is vital for combustion and efficiency performance of the barbecue. This will ensure the safety of the user and other people in the vicinity of the area where the appliance is being used. Never use the appliance in any enclosed covered area. The appliance must not have any overhead obstruction. Place it in a properly ventilated place.

When not in use, store in clean, cool and dry area. Remember to cool the grill before storing.

Keep the device out of the reach of children. Do not leave children unsupervised with the product.

This appliance must not be used by children and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge. Children should not play with this device. Children should not perform cleaning and servicing of the device unsupervised.

Pay attention! The surface of this device will get hot. To avoid burns and personal injury, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Closely supervise any children and pets when in use.
HANDLE METAL PARTS WITH CARE TO AVOID INJURIES!

The lid handle in this model has been made with special heat resistant material. However, do not touch the handle with bare hand – open only by silicon sleeve only.

It is recommend to use the protective gloves when handling particularly hot components.

ALWAYS disconnect the product from the gas supply (gas cylinder) when it is not in use.
Turn off and disconnect the device from gas supply before cleaning and maintenance. -
DO NOT use this device if the appliance or any of its components are broken.

Do not attempt to repair this appliance yourself. In case of damage contact an authorized service point for check up or repair.

Clean this device in accordance to instructions listed in “Cleaning and Maintenance” section. Keep the appliance clean.

Do not place any other objects inside the barbecue grill apart from food!
-
Never light the grill with the lid closed. Non ignited gas accumulated inside a closed grill may cause explosions.
-
When the wind speed is above 2m/s, don’t use gas grill facing to the wind.
-
Never fit the cylinder right to next the barbecue. Always place the cylinder at the left hand rear of the barbecue. The cylinder should be sited as far away from the barbecue as possible without straining the hose.

This appliance is not intended to install in or on recreational vehicles or boats.
-
This grill is designed to use only gas supply, DO NOT use lava rock, briquettes, charcoal on it.

Turn off the gas supply at the gas cylinder valve in the event of gas leakage; turn off the barbecue, extinguish any open flames and open lid. Do not use a naked flame to check for gas leaks.

CHARACTERISTICS
The barbecue grill is safe and easy to use. The specified gases for use are butane / propane / LPG mixtures at 37 mBar. Please ensure you only use your barbecue at the correct pressure the appliance is designed for.
OPERATION
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid seriously damaging your barbecue and causing injury to yourself and to property.
- Assemble the barbecue by following the included assembly instructions carefully.
- Connect the gas hose to the barbecue. Connect the regulator to the hose. Connect the regulator to the cylinder valve following the regulator instructions supplied with the regulator. Operate the regulator in accordance with the instructions supplied with the regulator.
- Check for leakage.
- Light the barbecue grill.
- Grill previously prepared food.
- After using, turn off all the control knobs, turn off the gas cylinder valve and disconnect from gas supply.
1. MOUNTING
Mount your barbecue grill according to assembly manual included in the set.
Pay special attention to execute all point, follow tips and instructions as
well as adhere to safety
precautions. Make sure to use all necessary parts and pieces (after complete
assembly, check whether there are no loose parts, all required screws have
been used, etc).
2. CONNECTING THE GAS CYLINDER TO THE APPLIANCE
This appliance is only suitable for use with gas as per specification on the
rating plate and fitted with the appropriate regulator via a flexible hose.
Connect the gas cylinder to the barbecue grill (to connect gas cylinder use 37
mBar regulator –when connecting/disconnecting gas cylinder, regulator and hose
follow instructions supplied with them).
The hose should be secured to the regulator and the appliance with hose clips.
- Use a suitable, certified regulator which meets all safety requirements! The use of the wrong regulator or hose is unsafe; always check that you have the correct items before operating the barbecue.
- The hose used must conform to the relevant standard. The length of the hose must be 1,5 meters (maximum). Worn or damaged hose must be replaced.
- Ensure that the hose is not obstructed, kinked, or in contact with any part of the barbecue other than at its connection.
- The hose should not be twisted or kinked when attached to the gas cylinder.
- No part of the hose should touch any part of the appliance. Protect the hose from heat, as it will lead to damage and is potentially dangerous!
Notes on gas cylinder
- Keep the gas cylinder at least 50 cm away from grill when using.
- The appliance can be used with gas cylinder
- weight between 4,5~15 kg (butane) and 3,9~13 kg (propane).

- The gas cylinder should not be dropped or handled roughly!
- If the appliance is not in use, the cylinder must be disconnected.
- Replace the protective cap on the cylinder after disconnecting the cylinder from the appliance.
- Cylinders must be stored outdoors in an upright position and out of the reach of children.
- The cylinder must never be stored where temperatures can reach over 50ºC.
- Do not store the cylinder near flames or other sources of ignition. DO NOT SMOKE NEAR THE CYLINDER.
- Warning : Shut off the gas cylinder if you smell gas.
3. CHECK FOR LEAKS
- Make leak detecting solution by mixing one part washing up liquid or liquid soap with 3 parts water.
- Ensure the cylinder valve is turned off, and the control knobs on the appliance is OFF too.
- Connect the regulator to the cylinder and appliance with the hose. Ensure the connections are secure then turn the gas cylinder to ON.
- Brush the soapy solution on to the hose and all joints. Leakage will show as bubbles. If leak is found, do not use the barbecue – before use the leakage must be rectified.
- Retest after fixing the fault. Turn OFF the gas cylinder valve after testing.
- If detected leakage can not be rectified, consult your gas dealer.
BEFORE USE PLEASE CHECK FOR LEAKS
Never check for leaks with a naked flame, always use a soapy water
solution
4. LIGHTING YOUR BARBECUE

Before lightning make sure to:
1. Open the appliance’s lid!
2. Turn all the appliance’s control knob to the OFF position.
3. Connect the gas cylinder to the barbecue grill (as per above instructions).
4. Turn the cylinder valve on. Check the cylinder, regulator and hose connections leakage using soapy water (see paragraph 3 above – CHECK FOR LEAKS). Leakage wshow as bubbles. If leak is found, do not use the barbecue! -
To light a burner, push and keep down the control knob whilst turning anti-clockwise aat the same time press the ignition button up to four times in rapid succession. This wlight the burner. If not, repeat the process. If the burner has not lit after two attempts, tuthe cylinder valve off, turn control knob off and wait 5 minutes before retrying the ignitisequence.

If the burner does not stay alight, please repeat step 2.

When the burner is lit, it can be adjusted by turning the knob.

To turn the barbecue off, turn the cylinder valve off. Then, once the flame haextinguished, turn control knob on the appliance to the OFF position.
5. GRILLING
-
Do not use this appliance to heat materials and substances other than food!
-
Food can be barbecued on the cooking grid either with or without the lid being closed.
When the lid is closed for 3-5 minutes, the lid must be open for 1 min to release heat and avoid grease fire. -
When using for the first time, the grill should be lit and alight for at least 15 minutes (recommended 30 minutes) before placing food on the cooking area.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Clean the appliance of excess fat, before storage, with a damp cloth using a mild detergent solution as the cleaning agent. Never use flammable or corrosive cleaning agents.
- CAUTION : All cleaning and maintenance should be carried out when the barbecue is cool and when the gas cylinder valve is turned off.
- It is suggested to have the barbecue grill cleaned after each use, or after period of not using.
- “Burning off” the barbecue after every use (for approx 15 minutes) will keep excessive food residue to a minimum.
Outside surface
- Use mild detergent or baking soda and hot water solution. Non-abrasive scouring powder can be used on stubborn stains, then rinse with water.
- If the inside surface of the barbecue lid has the appearance of pealing paint, baked on grease build up has turned to carbon and is flaking off. Clean thoroughly with strong hot soapy water solution. Rinse with water and allow to completely dry. NEVER USE OVEN CLEANER.
Interior of barbecue bottom
- Remove residue using brush, scraper and/or cleaning pad then wash with a soapy water solution. Rinse with water and allow dry to.
Cooking grid
- Use a mild soapy water solution. Non-abrasive scouring powder can be used on stubborn stains, then rinse with water.
Grease drip cup
- Check the grease drip cup regularly and empty the cup when 1/3 full. DO NOT open/empty the grease drip cup during use.
Plastic surfaces
- Wash with a soft cloth and warm soapy water solution. Rinse with water. Do not use abrasive cleaners, degreasers or a concentrated barbecue cleaner on plastic parts.
Cleaning the burner
- Turn the gas cylinder valve and the control knob off and disconnect the gas cylinder.
- Remove cooking grate and flame tamers when cold.
- Clean the burner with a soft brush or blow clean with compressed air and wipe with a cloth.
- Clean any clogged ports with a pipe cleaner or stiff wire (eg. an opened paper clip).
- Inspect burner for any damage (cracks or holes). If damage is found, contact an authorized service point for repair.
- In some cases your barbecue will light back because of an insect crawling inside the burner venturi or a spider spinning its web inside the burner. This can be rectified by using a bottle brush inserted through the burner venturi and pushing it into the burner over the burner length. If condition persists consult your gas dealer.
STORAGE
- Disconnect the gas cylinder before storing the barbecue grill!
- Store the appliance in a clean and dry environment.
- Store in a well ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
- It is not recommended to store your gas cylinder indoors. Storage of an appliance indoors is only permissible if the cylinder is disconnected and removed from the appliance. When the appliance is not to be used for a period of time it should be stored in its original packaging in a dry dust free environment.
