Safety instructions
- Before each use, check the round wedges for any damage, cracks, or wear. Damaged wedges must not be used, as they can compromise safety.
- Position the round wedge so that it is firm and secure under the object being supported. The wedge should not be able to slip and must fit well on both sides.
- Use round wedges on solid and level surfaces to prevent slipping or rolling. For smooth or uneven surfaces, suitable underlays should be used for stabilization.
- For heavy or irregularly shaped loads, several round wedges should be used to ensure adequate stabilization and securing.
- Do not use improvised or unintended items as a substitute for round wedges.
- Always follow the manufacturer’s specific instructions and safety advice for the correct use and maintenance of the round wedges.
- After each use, clean the round wedges, inspect them for any damage, and store them in a dry, clean place.
- Ensure that all persons using the round wedges are regularly trained in their correct handling.
- Regularly check the condition of your round wedges and replace them immediately if there are signs of wear or damage.
- This product should not be used as a jack.
Usage

Place the rubber mat on the ground, either in front of or behind the wheel. This is particularly important if the floor is hard and slippery to create a stable base.

Clamp the thin lip of the large wedge between the tyre and rubber mat. This ensures a secure positioning and prevents slipping during the process.

Ensure that the steering of the vehicle is aligned in a parallel position.
Drive up slowly until the vehicle reaches a horizontal position. This minimises the risk of slipping and ensures the stability of the vehicle.

Firmly clamp the chock under the main wedge. This prevents the vehicle from moving and secures its position during maintenance or breaks.
