Product Usage Instructions

Screw Tightening Storage

The scooter’s screws may become loose due to vibrations caused
by shipping, motor usage, and riding on uneven roads. It is
important to periodically check and tighten the screws to ensure
the stability and safety of the scooter.

Cleaning

To clean the scooter, use a soft and wet cloth to wipe the
frame. Avoid using alcohol, gasoline, acetone, or other
corrosive/volatile solvents as they may damage the appearance and
internal structure of the scooter. Do not wash the scooter with a
power washer or hose.

WARNING: Before cleaning, ensure that the
scooter is powered off, the charging cable is unplugged, and the
cap on the charge port is tightly sealed. Failure to do so may
result in damage to the electronic components, which is not covered
by the warranty.

Charging

It is recommended to charge the scooter fully after every ride
to prolong the battery life. If the scooter is not used, it should
be fully charged at least once a month. Avoid draining the battery
completely and do not leave the scooter undercharged for over 48
hours, as this may damage the battery and void the warranty. Only
use chargers sold and approved by ATOMI and do not charge or use
the battery if it is damaged or shows signs of water exposure.

WARNING: Do not store the scooter in extreme
temperatures for an extended period of time, as it may damage the
battery life and accelerate the aging of plastic and silicon
components.

Battery

Completely draining the battery can cause permanent damage, so
it is important to avoid doing so. Over-charging or under-charging
the battery will not be covered by the Limited Warranty. Do not
attempt to disassemble the battery, touch the battery contacts, or
dismantle/puncture the casing. Keep the battery contacts away from
metal objects to prevent any electrical issues.

Brake Adjustment

It is advised to tighten the brake after every 200 kilometers
ridden or whenever you feel that the brake is not performing well.
To adjust the brake:

  1. Locate the adjustment screw at the connection of the brake
cable and handle. Turn the screw clockwise to tighten it.

  2. If the screw has reached the maximum position of adjustment and
the brake is still not comfortably tight, proceed to the next
    step.

  3. Locate the screw on the brake lever on the left-hand side of
the wheel. Tighten the screw by turning it clockwise.

If you are unsure about how to adjust the brake, you can refer
to a video tutorial on our support center at www.atomiscooters.com/support.

Tires

The tires supplied with the scooter should be mounted on the
wheels by professional repairers. Removing the wheels and
assembling them incorrectly can lead to instability and
malfunctions.
