SETTINGS

The table below will help you choose the basic settings for the different types of ingredients. Please note that these settings are indicative. Ingredients with different shapes and sizes will require different time and temperature settings.

TIPS
  • Smaller ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger ingredients. Like large quantities of food, they require a slightly longer preparation time than smaller quantities of food.
  • To optimize the final result and help the food cook evenly, carefully shake the basket halfway through the preparation process.
  • Lightly coat fresh potatoes with a little oil before frying for a crispier result.
  • Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients, such as sausages, in the deep fryer.
  • Foods that can be prepared in the oven can also be prepared in the air fryer.

The air fryer is not working. The device is not plugged in. Plug the cord

into the grounded outlet.
You have not set the timer.| To turn on the appliance, use the timer button and set the time.
The ingredients are not cooked.| There is too much food in the basket.| Remove some food. If you make smaller batches of food, they will cook more evenly.
The set temperature is too low.| Select the highest temperature.
Preparation time too short.| Add more prep time.
The ingredients are not fried evenly.| Some types of ingredients need to be removed halfway through the preparation process.| Remove the basket from the main body and shake it carefully halfway through the brewing process.
The food does not come out crispy.| The food was specific for a traditional fryer.| Use baking appetizers or lightly coat ingredients with a little oil for a crispier result.
The basket does not fit properly in the fryer.| There is too much food inside the basket.| Remove some food. Smaller cooking batches fry more evenly.
The basket is not placed correctly in the fryer.| Push the basket down into the fryer until you hear a click.
White smoke comes out of the device.| You are preparing greasy ingredients.| When you fry greasy ingredients in the air fryer, a lot of oil will spill into the pan.

The oil produces white smoke and the pan may become hotter than normal. This does not affect performance or the final result.

The basket still contains grease residue from a previous use.| The white smoke is caused by the heating of the fat in the basket. Be sure to clean the basket well after each use.
Fresh potatoes do not fry evenly.| You didn’t wash the potatoes well before frying them.| Rinse the potatoes well to remove all the starch from the outside.
Fresh potatoes are not crispy when they come out of the fryer.| The crispy texture of French fries depends on the amount of oil and water they contain.| Cut the potatoes into smaller sticks for a crispier result. Add a little more oil for a crispier result.
E1 appears on the display| The appliance detects a temperature below 20°C for 3s in a row| Turn it back on, if the problem persists, contact a professional.
E2 appears on the display| The appliance detects a temperature higher than 260°C for 3s in a row| Turn it back on, if the problem persists, contact a professional.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Clean the appliance after each use.
Do not use metal cookware or abrasive cleaning materials to clean as this could damage the non-stick coating.

1. Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool.

Note: Remove the basket so the air fryer cools down faster.

2. Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
3. Clean the tray and basket with hot water, a little detergent and a non- abrasive sponge. You can use a degreasing liquid to remove any remaining residue.

Advice: If there is food stuck to the basket or tray, fill the basket with hot water and a little detergent. Put the tray in the basket and let it soak for about 10 minutes.

Unplug your air fryer and make sure all parts are clean and dry before storing the appliance.
