This bulletin is the official notice of PAC Converter v3.7.2.139 release.
The software installation package is now available for download from the i3
website:

New features:
- Support Customer Overflow logic under Customer Engagement feature (currently in testing). (#74038) Support UIO8v2 Relay trigger, IP Speaker message and CMS report when the total number of customers exceeds the set threshold for 10 seconds or longer. Record employee ID into the DB.
Improvements:
- i3Host integration improvement: support SFTP and i3Host Server backup locations in addition to AWS. (#71695)
- Improve low network bandwidth performance for video streaming, which may cause video streaming to freeze (#71951, #72838)
- Change cmsclient log location for consistency (#65107)
- Include i3mediaserver 20240528
Fixed issues:
- Unexpected Ai-VA alert data loss due to CMS domain restart (#73832)
